I moved to Florida in October of 2012. I found the property at newport glen through a craiglist ad. Zlatko met me at the property and showed me around. The place was very nice, clean and up to date with all new aplliances. i signed a contract and moved in the next week. In the two years I stayed there it was so comforting and had only very minor issues that arose. Zlatko was a great landlord and would definanlty recommend him to others and I would even do business with him again in the future. Overall it was a great experience.

Great experience working with Zlatko and "Splash" team. It was his business experience that made this transaction possible. We bought/sold properties before but Zlatko is the only one that actually has added value to our property. Now, that was refreshing. He suggested repairs and improvements that helped sell property fast and at better price than expected. We got a great deal on remodeling thanks to his connections with contractors and he was overseeing the whole process. Again, very refreshing, professional and business like approach to real estate. Zlatko's very respectful and honest, too. will definitely use him again!

Sandy is one of the nicest and most pleasant people we worked with. She loves real estate, living in Southwest Florida and the ocean. She's a true mermaid of the Splash Realty Team! We looked at so many homes. Sandy was patient with us, very well organized and highly professional. She's up early and runs what seems to be a 24/7 operation. We loved her e-mail updates and great knowledge of different communities from Cape Coral to Estero and Bonita, Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Beach. Sandy is a real gem among Realtors. I highly recommend that you talk to her before deciding on a real estate agent. We will definitely use her again.
