+ -1 moreDustin did a great job he also found the screen clogged a took care of that. He even showed up early. That’s rare nowadays. He was also a very personable and explained how the system operated to process the waste. Will only call this company from now on for my septic needs.

+ -1 moreSouthwest Environment came out to my house on the afternoon I requested help. After I told the story one more time of all the things that had been checked and changed on my septic system. Dustin, the septic system specialist they sent out explained what was happening outside. We agreed to go ahead and he began testing everything outside then fixed what needed to be done. The one I will call is SW Environmental for my septic system needs.
Description of Work: My septic system had been backing up into my front bathroom for years. Sometimes it would be a couple of months in between problems. I have forgotten how many times septic tank has been pumped. Every time I called a different company because they all wanted to pump tank and said that would fix the problem. Finally I agreed with one of them to having a new drain field installed in front yard. Well $8,000.00 and three or four months later and the septic tank was backing up again. The company that put drain field in said it was probably the filter inside tank and it would cost $250.00 for them to come out and pump it. Finally I had the good fortune to select Southwest Environmental to come out and check my septic system to see what was happening here and why nobody else could locate the problem.
