 + -1 moreTV Set was purchased for my wife's room. She was dying. She died 1/05/11. Sony sent by air from California A set I never heard of. I have a hearing loss and read captions with sound. The set prohibits sound when captions are on and will not display captions if sound is on.
Description of Work: Service requested by me under the warranty was refused with company representative telling me "you bought it, it's yours" set HDTV was not what I ordered. I requested repair or replacement and they refused.

 + -1 moreThe TV was faulty. It had a streak in it and it was past the dealer?s return period. Sony Electronics told me that it was a bit too late to get it replaced. They really ripped me off. Finally they agreed to ship me another TV. I needed to have somebody come and take it off the wall, but they were unwilling to do it. As a result I had to call somebody else to come and take it off the wall. The dealer intervened and wanted Sony to replace the TV, but they were unwilling and only agreed to send me a new TV. My experience with Sony Electronics was a bad one.
Description of Work: I bought a 52-inch Sony TV from a dealer.

 + -1 morei tried repedidly to get sony to help get Aon to pay for repair of their product. and the insurance i purchased threw them everbody knows a extended warr. picks up after manufactures warr.
Description of Work: i purchased a 60in.sony tv in 2006 and bought a 3yr. extended warr. threw sony im having no power to tv now and sony said to contact Aon the extended warr. comp for repair Aon said warr. expired and it didnt i bought the warr. from sony and sony is not assisiting or helping me at all on their product and the warr i purchased threw them.
