Description of Work: The owner of the company came for the estimate. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and seemed trustworthy. The work was done by his son and the job was only half done. I called the owner and he came right over, looked at the job and made arrangements to have his son return the following week. When the son came he was petulant, unapologetic, disrespectful, and still did not manage to complete the job. I did that myself.

This review was a surprise. Completed work in September and reviewed in November. Have called customer a couple times after review leaving a voice mail to find out what happened and what we could do to satisfy even offering a refund. Have not got a call back. Description of Work: Keith was easy to work with and came when we requested him to. We had some rust spots on the house which he was unable to remove although he did lighten them. I went to Ace after he left and purchased a recommended product which thankfully did remove the spots using a brush, some elbow grease and my own hose. All in all the job went fine and Keith was very pleasant. I was just surprised that for the price paid that I had to get my own stains out. Thankfully it cost me only $19.99 at Ace !
