Shine Window Care & Pressure Washing

Job was arranged to suit my schedule. Crew turned up on time and undertook work to my satisfaction. Jobsite was left clean and tidy.

Great....They did an excellent job. This was the second time I used Shine.

Shine pressure washed the house, pool deck, and all concrete surfaces, driveway included.

Everything went great! They don't use chemicals which is a huge bonus, just purified water.

The whole process was simple, from start to finish. The guys were very polite and did a wonderful job. I will definitely hire shine again.

Extremely pleased with the roof. Big improvement with the pool deck. Educated me on the roof that the black mold on the tile roof could increase the cost of electric bill, which we had experienced in past no the but did not know that could be a factor.

These guys did a great job! They arrived right when they said they would and went around to remove all of the screens so they thoroughly clean them. They worked fast and efficiently and were very thorough. There were even some darker mildew spots on the back of the house that a different pressure washing company told us wouldn't come out... your guys were able to get them clean. And when they were done, they put all of the screens back on for me (even coming inside to get the ones on the second floor). I will keep this company in mind when I need pressure washing done again.

They were excellent and very punctual. It was the owner and his assistant that did the work. They were very pleasant and very careful with personal items that had to be moved for them to clean properly. They very expeditions.

Shine did an excellent job. We needed the house pressure washed before we painted. They were on time, did a great job and were very efficient. Their employees looked and acted very professional. They even sent a thank you card for our business. You don't see that much anymore. We would use them again.

HIRED TO CLEAN WINDOWS AND DECK WINDOW WERE CLEANED BADLY HAVE PICTURES GUY BROKEN TWO OF MY CUSTUM WINDOW TREATMENTS AND HIDED FROM ME MANAGER IR WHO EVER THAT WAS WITH THEM SAID WILL REPLACE ! A BIG LIE THOSE WINDOW TREATMENTS WERE MADE 5 YEARS AGO WERE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE TILL THOSE PEOPLE COME IN DONT HIRE NOT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE !!! WILL WRITE COMPLAIN TO BBB ASKING FOR COST OF REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION AS WELL !!!

The Shine Techs arrived promptly and immediately got to work. The pavers on the pool deck were a mess. They got rid of the algae, and got things really clean. The stains on the driveway were not able to be totally eliminated but looked better after a thorough scrubbing. The exterior of the house looked fresher after they pressure washed. I would say within 2 hours they were finished. Overall, satisfactory job.

It looked fabulous.....exceeded my expectations.

I purchased one of Angie's List Big Deals, put in three possible days for service, and got a response from Keith the following day. I was not home on the day they came out but when I returned home it was complete on the day and date promised. Overall I was very pleased with their service. The driveway looked amazing, the lanai looked good with the exception that there are multiple dirt spots on the ceiling where the water might have pooled, the house was sparkling clean. One very nice touch was a follow up thank you card in the mail with a coupon for future work. I would definitely use them again!!!

Brennen arrived on time with his associate. We had to leave for a few hours and when we returned the house, the stairs and all of the windows were free of all dirt. They did an excellent job!! They arrived on time and were very professional and responsive. Being new to the area I have experienced a stand offish nature to Fort Myers but Brennen was nothing like the people that I've encountered thus far. He was outgoing and very nice. It was a pleasant surprise. We will be using this service again.

They were about 15 minutes late, but did the job well and quickly.

Its good. We had to ask them to redo a couple of windows but they did it while they were there. They were quite reasonable and easy to work with. They work real hard.

There was a misunderstanding with the original service. The provider called and apologized and refinished the work the following day. The provider also cleaned the front lanai and sidewalk for free. This is customer service at its best. It's hard trying to find good customer service these days. Overall, I'm happy with the work and the professionalism of the company.

I chose Shine because they do soft wash roof cleaning which was exactly what I was looking for cause I have a shingle roof. I didn't want it pressure washed. The crew showed up at my house within 5 minutes of the time I was told they would be here and looked very professional. I was greeted by Brennen and he explained to me how they would go about the roof cleaning and pressure washing, and they went to work. They finished in about 3 hours and my house looked like new. I was especially happy with the roof. They were able to remove all black streaks. I will definitely use them again.
