+ -1 moreThe cleaning work was done very well, but I was left with a large screen hanging half off and a broken screen door. When I mentioned the screen, I was told that it was lose before they came. I took the spring off the door permanently now so it doesn't close by itself. No big deal. There was an issue with the bill as well. I paid $179 on Angie's List. When the work was done they gave me an invoice for $125. What's up? Who cares. I won't go back.

Description of Work: I had a new asphalt shingle roof replaced on my home approximately 10 years ago. Had light beige shingles placed attempting to reflect a bit of the summer heat. Over the years the mold and mildew began to show more dark grey rather than the original light beige. A few weeks back I did a search on the internet to see if there was a company that could clean an asphalt shingle roof. Fortunately I came across a company named Shine which advertised Roof Cleaning. I called and contacted Keith Melvin who explained the cleaning process of "washing" the roof as opposed to pressure washing the roof.. We came to an agreement and an appointment was made for the following Tuesday as 8:30 AM. As stated 2 technicians arrived almost at the exact moment and proceeded to get right to work. After approximately 3 1/2 hours they were finished and our roof appeared to look as good as it did when it was installed.

The gentlemen showed up at the scheduled time and went to work right away. They were very professional and courteous. I will have them back to do some other jobs (roof and window cleaning) when the rainy season dies down. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pressure washing.
Description of Work: I purchased the special for the lanai/patio cleaning. My screen/lanai becomes covered with spiders/webs and it's difficult to keep it clean and the pavers get a bit dingy and moldy.
