Description of Work: We did not want our roof pressure washed however after spending a fair amount of time trying to remove mold and mildew using a scrubbing method, the gentleman doing the work explained that it was not working. After a thorough explanation on what he would be doing we agreed to having it pressure washed. We are very pleased with the results and the courtesy of the man doing the job. Because of the top notch equipment he had there was little walking on the roof. When the roof had dried he applied a chemical spray to r***** algae growth which was 120.00 and included in the 510.00 price. After he finished the job he pressure washed the eves and gutters as well as cleaning off the house and driveway This was an added bonus totally unexpected but greatly appreciated.

+ 1 moreWe are very pleases with the work done by Sand F. They were prompt and completed all the work as we ask and did additional cleaning for us that we were not charged for. They have done work for us several times in the past which we were more that satisfied with the results. They are a fairly new company determined to please every customer with excellent work. They have done similar work for our neighbors and all have been extremely pleased with the results. Th eir equipment is newer, clean and well maintained. We highly recommend them and will call upon them in the future. They seem to enjoy their work and want to please their customers.

+ -1 moreThe entire area was covered with mildew and mold. They arrived promptly, were courteous, explained what could and would do and finished promptly. We were extremely pleased and recommend him to all.
Description of Work: Pressure washed lanai (screens & frame of lanai) and driveway. He finished by spraying with a chemical that prevents that mold.
