Sensible Spa Solutions

Ben had stopped by the day after I called to view my spa jets which had seemed to be "rusting." It seemed odd to me that a submerged spa jet could rust, but he explained that my jets were plastic, but dipped in a metallic finish. Because I was running my Chlorine at a very high level, it was corroding that finish. He showed me how to run the correct Salt & Chlorine levels and said he would order my replacements. Although the parts were on backorder for a few weeks from the manufacturer, he kept in touch and finally replaced the parts when they arrived. Because the install was delayed due to the backorder - Ben even gave me a discount on the service. I've used him several times and he has always been GREAT!

This was a tough job, although it appeared that the replacement was successful, for some reason the system still kept going offline. The owner kept coming back (at no additional cost) until he realized that I had a faulty circuit in my electrical system as well. I'm talking nights, weekends - all at his expense until it was resolved. That's dedication and service!
