Description of Work: They diagnosed the reason for the leak on my roof. I had a leak that was going through my ceiling. We had 2 other roofers look at the roof and diagnosed the problem wrong. San Carlos Roofing knew exactly where the leak was coming from and fixed it. |My roof would only leak during severe rainstorms due to the problem with the connections of the Hip Flashing roof part. |They did an excellent job fixing the problem and leaving the area clean when they left. | |I would definitely recommend them for their honesty and great workmanship.

 + -1 moreOwner of company responded to my phone call the same day and came to my house to view the damage. He quickly identified the problem area and gave me an immediate estimate. I was very impressed with his quick response, knowledge and friendly attitude. I was told it would take about a one and a half weeks before they could actually get to my house to do the work. Since we were having a period of fairly dry weather I agreed. Approximately a week later they came to do the work. The owner said he wanted to make sure it was finished before an impending storm arrived. Two workers performed the job in just a few hours, to my pleasure. Also, I purchased some new furniture that day. When I brought it home, the two workers, while waiting for some materials to be delivered, unexpedtedly volunteered to help move the furniture inside the house. The job was finished while I was away from the house. When I returned all debris had been removed from my property. I plan to use this company again when it comes time to redo my entire roof or repair it again. I would highly recommend San Carlos Roofing.
Description of Work: Leaking Roof which caused a bedroom ceiling to collapse. Leak in Hip Roof section was quickly found. Damaged area was thoroughly removed, new plywood and new roofing installed.

 + -1 moreWe hired San Carlos Roofing for repairs to 5 areas leaking on our 2 story tile roof. They came to the house - gave a same day estimate and were able to start repairs the next day. They were very neat, professional, and courteous. They not only repaired the roof leaks, they walked the entire roof and repaired/replaced any area where the tiles were damaged. These repairs took 3 full days to finish and each day they completely cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend San Carlos Roofing. The price was very fair based on other quotes we received and for the amount of hard work they did.** and I am no longer allowed to feed my cute squirrels in the back yard anymore.. :-(
Description of Work: Repairs to 5 separate areas leaking on a large 2 story tile roof. (thanks to the squirrels eating the lead flashing around the chimney, and the roof boots)
