+ 0 moreA few days after installation, I had gone outside for about 10 minutes. When I came back in, the kitchen was flooded, two lanais and water was just starting into living room. The hose on the sink sprayer had come off. If I had been gone gone for several hours, my entire house would have been flooded.
Description of Work: Install kitchen sink. Hired by general contractor, not by me.

Description of Work: Sackett plumbing responded rapidly to my call to fix a toilet that appeared to be leaking. Tim, the plumber assigned to me, was courteous and explained the problem he found. He obtained the necessary part to correct the problem and took photos of the situation for record keeping. He cleaned up the work space nicely and brought towels to prevent water spills and scratches. He even wore protective booties over his work boots to protect my floors without being asked!

Description of Work: We retained Sackett for our Condo Association as wwll as the Master at Spanish Wells Country Club in Bonita Springs. They performed all plumbing repairs as well as replacing all outside water spigots and shut offs. The pricing was fair with good workmanship as well as materials quality. I also used them for repairs on my home based on the good experience observed on their work for both of the Associations.

Description of Work: He unclogged my bathroom sink. He replaced the faucet in another bathroom. He stopped the toilet from leaking. He made more than one visit to do everything. I am highly satisfied and would call Sackett plumbing for any future work.
