Description of Work: These are my go to guys for plumbing. They hooked up our sprinklers to reclaimed water when irrigation was hooked up to our neighborhood. They have fixed clogged pipes, got faucets running smooth again. oh, and the latest was replacing our water heater. Great service and very nice guy, Craig.

Description of Work: Royal Palm Plumbing replaced a leaking water heater they had originally installed in Sept of 2012. The water heater was under warranty so there was still a labor charge. There was also an additional up-charge because the new water heater was a more expensive model due to the new water heater regulations that went into effect this spring.

Description of Work: Removed old piping because of leaks. Replaced complete condo with PEX piping. Completed drywall repairs to finish state. Painting and cleaning will be done by condo owner.
