+ -1 moreI used this service last year when I was in Florida for the winter. I called them again before I came down this year and scheduled my cleanings for the entire season. They are so good to work with. They are professional, polite and very good at what they do. My house looked great when they were done. I have used another service in Florida before this one and was not happy with them at all. These girls really know what they are doing. They always show up when they say they will. For my first cleaning I hire them for 2 hours and they do everything including the blinds, the fans etc. For the rest of the season I have them for 1 1/2 hours and they still do everything.The price below is for the 2 hours. the 1 1/2 hours is $90 and worth every penny. They clean places I could never get to. One more thing, they are very trust worthy. I would not be uncomfortable with them in my house when I wasn't home

+ -1 morePrice varies if they are cleaning whole house or just parts of the house. The deep cleaning or light cleaning is based on the clients request. They are pretty reliable and try to send the same crew to your home instead of having to train new ladies on requirements of your house. They are punctual. I did have some the ladies were reported and they were reassigned immediately, but other then that I have had good experiences.

+ -1 moreTwo people come. They are here for about an hour-and-a-half and go through the whole house. We have been going to them for years. They leave a little card when they come and say they received $98, say thank you, and the next schedule would be 7/29/16. They put their two names on it.
Description of Work: We have a cleaning company that comes in every two weeks and it is Royal Maid Service. They come every other Friday so they would be here again next Friday. They dust and do things that I never think of doing. They dust the fixtures.

Description of Work: I did not use this service because the price(s) quoted to me by phone were excessive for a 1 bd. 2 ba. first floor home. She also could not guarantee the crew who would come could speak English fluently though she emphasized one of the crew would be able to. She told me only crews of four could be sent. There was no indication of an "aim to please," so I did not call back. The above date is approximate.

+ -1 moreThe two cleaning representatives arrived on time. The process was scheduled for three hours and I arrived at the end of the time. They were working hard and had done an exceptional job. The refrigerator was spotless as was the oven and the countertops. I did a walk through and found nothing that they had missed.
Description of Work: I evicted my tenant and she left the condo a mess. The refrigerator was disgusting, ceiling fans had never been cleaned, floors were dirty, and so on.
