ROOMS TO GO

The worst experience I have ever had. If it wasn't for the help of the manager, Joey, we would of continued to have problems with the sales lady, Lesley. Lesley added items to our order without our consent, and when confronted, she stated I thought you would have wanted them. When we gave her our credit card to pay the deposit on our order, she added $50.00, which she laughingly corrected the mistake. We were supposed to get the same as cash promo, which she failed to secure for us. What a nightmare. Again, if not for the managers help with this, we would still be dealing with her.

For the first year it was fine. Then after the warrenty went away, the furniture literally fell apart at the seems. All cushions and coverings separated from their seems and actually fell apart. Rooms to go would do NOTHING!

When we initially bought the furniture it worked alright.  However, after about a year the poor construction of the padding really started to show.  For example, when two people sit on the love seat they immediately move toward the center of the love seat toward each other.  The front padding on the double recliner has fallen flat as well.  We can push the padding up but it immediately goes back down.  When we contacted Rooms to Go about these material defects we were told that since the 1 year warranty had expired there is nothing they will do to repair the defects free of charge.  They only offered to charge us a fee to repair them.  We certainly do not recommend that anyone else purchase furniture from this Rooms to Go.  We don't want to see anyone else also find themselves in our situation.

Fine. The salesperson was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Was eager to help but not "pushy." Delivery men were friendly, neat, etc. Also received a call from the office within 30 minutes of delivery asking for feedback on delivery men!

After a few months of having it in the house, my wife decided she didn't like it. We asked them if we could exchange it and they said sure, just as long as it was the same price. We went and looked at some couches that she might like better and found a new love seat and sofa. They were able to trade it for us, I did have to pay $40 more because it was a little more expensive. They then came out with the truck and took the old furniture back and then delivered the new ones. We've since been very happy with our new furniture. We would go back here in the future.
