For the basic agreed-upon charge, this very professional Roof Cleaning company used their lift truck with a person inside the lift bucket to thoroughly pressure wash my roof surface of approximately 2,300 square feet without walking on the roof for the majority of the cleaning project. In addition, I paid an extra fee and had the soffit area, gutters and front portico pressure-washed to my complete satisfaction. Everyone involved with this project was a true professional. The GM, Kevin P. came to my house a made a free on-site estimate of the cost. (Two other companies I contacted gave me their free estimates over the telephone. Perhaps, that is a fair way to make an estimate, but I was impressed that the Roof Cleaning Specialists, LLC company took the time to come to my property and give me an in-person explanation of what services they would be providing. By doing so, we were able to negotiate the additional cost for the extra work I wanted done. The basic charge for the other two companies was very similar to the cost I paid for my services.) The two-man crew (Tom and Terrence) arrived a few minutes earlier than the agreed-upon time and immediately set up their truck to begin their work. These two men were true professionals, and I would recommend this company and this crew to anyone who wants to have a professional and personable crew take care of their roof cleaning needs. P.S. Never even got a quote!

I hired this company because they were the only company I could find that uses a bucket truck to clean my roof. They were scheduled to arrive at 8:30am and by 9:30 we called the company to find out where they were. They said they came to the door and rang the bell and no one answered. My wife stayed home waiting for the company to arrive, and our doorbell works. Also, entry through our gate is required by phone call and no one called from the gate. The company had my cell phone number too and I didn't receive any call that they were here. Later that afternoon Greg said he didn't know if they were lying to him or not, and that he's been having problems with the workers for 3 weeks and he will fire them and train two new guys. I immediately called another company. I am having a pool cage installed next week and need the roof cleaned before they begin work on the pool cage.
