It went badly. Less than one week before the annual contract was up I received a bill for next year. No Thank you, no how are we doing. I had to cancel in writing because non payment does not constitute cancellation. There was barely time to get the cancellation in the mail. I wanted to use a local company, but in this case it did not pay. Ron and Sons was supposed to send a certificate to our insurance company so we would receive a discount for our fire and security alarms. It took months and repeated phone calls. We actually lost money because the insurance company would not apply the discount retroactively after they got the letter. We went with ADT instead. They will take care of security and maintaining the alarm for only a little more money. In addition the people at ADT were nicer.

One day job - all went well.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

They arrived on schedule. We had purchased a home with pre-installed speakers on the interior. Their job was to hook that up to my received plus install some new speakers by our pool. The person (sorry I forgot his name) explained how it all worked and what we need to be cautious about. They also installed our TV on the wall with a mount they provided. All went fairly quickly, roughly two hours of work, and they were very courteous and extremely professional. They clearly knew what they were doing. We would definitely use them again in the future.

They were very good and very professional. They called me back right away and came out right away. They did a wonderful job installing the alarm service for me and I was very happy with their service. They even gave me a free remote control to take out with me and I had no complaints about them. I had researched other alarm services and they pricing was fairly low when compared to the others. They took out the old alarm system I had and just updated it. They put a new pad in and stuff and did not get into anything that they did not have to. When I went to the office to pay the bill, they people at the office were also very professional and very pleasant.

Dennis, the technical representative of the company, arrived as scheduled. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He analyzed the problems and checked out the entire system. He replaced the battery and had to reconnect and reconfigure some important wiring. He did not rush but took the time to check all contacts...and there were many. He very carefully explained how the system would be armed and disarmed, and what to do if the alarm was accidently tripped. He waited very patiently while I took a few notes. Also, he gave me the website information so I could download a new manual. He shared that Ron and Sons would only be a phone call away if I needed any assistance or had any questions. Our system works perfectly and in the recent severe electrical storm there were no problems. I am very glad to have Ron and Sons monitoring the alarm and Dennis is a great asset to the company.

We called Ron and Sons to set up the appointment and Robbie showed up on time. He was professional and quickly adjusted our equipment.

I got to the house on the date specified and the install was done but no one was there to explain how things work. They instead left 2 sheets of hand written notes and diagrams to explain how these two remote control units (not one as specified) would operate my system. I was lost. Further, I was unable to get my MP3 music player to route music to various room and outdoor speakers. I called and implored them to come and explain how this system worked as I was leaving in 3 days. Nothing; they hung up on me! Of course - they had all of my money; the job was paid in full; what possible incentive did they have to resolve the problem. I was able to get another Audio company to the house the next day to help me get this resolved. Their findings: 1.) The speaker selector was not working at all - needed to be replaced. 2.) They over-specified equipment by requiring an additional amplifier instead of a simpler, higher capacity, tuner. 3.) The MP3 input was wired to ONLY feed into the and quot;Main TV Roomand quot; and NOT the additional room and outside speakers. 4.) They were not able to have all components operating from 1 remote as specified. 5.) The wiring was done in such a fashion that it made maintenance or the installation of additional equipment very difficult. No I have to make arrangements for this second company to come in and resolve these issues. More money to spend.

From start to finish the installation went very smooth they answered all our concerned and were very friendly .

Great Response from first call to installation.

They were good and I have no complaints at all. I wouldn't know what to say about their price as I didn't' compare. I would use them again in the future.

They were professional. They have a pretty good reputation as far as I know. He does charge for traveling, however I am not even that far away. I would really have to consider it before potentially hiring him in the future.
