Richard came out to our house and measured the rooms, we selected the carpet at the PCC showroom and set an install date. The day before our planned install, Richard called to confirm. He and his assistant, Dane, arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. He told us it would take all day and it did. From 8:45 to after 6 pm he and his assistant moved all of our furniture into other rooms, removed and disposed of the old carpet and carpet pad and installed the new carpet and pad. They vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. Finally, they carefully moved all the furniture back into place. He is a good natured, pleasant man who does exactly what he says. He stretches the carpet so that it fits tightly around the edges of each room. The seams, where there are seams, in our master bedroom, are unnoticeable. His measurements were precise. We chose an expensive carpet so we appreciated that there was only a small amount left over. We are thoroughly pleased with his work and would recommend him without reservation.

Richard arrived at the times he stated and went right to work. Both jobs took approximately 4 hrs, total. All areas were cleaned up and picked up. He is very congenial and professional. We were very happy with his work and have referred him to several of our neighbors and friends. We would recommend him to anyone and will have him back for the master bedroom.
