ReColor Your Grout

Our tile and terrazzo floors were beautifully restored by Deja and her crew from ReColor Your Grout. Our floors were stained very dirty from the hurricane Ian flooding but after cleaning and polishing, the floors actually look better than new!

We've been looking at our 4 year old tile floors all morning. They look better than when they were new. The team from ReColor Your Grout was fantastic. They moved all of our furniture, rolled up the rugs, cleaned our tile floors, recolored and sealed the grout, buffed the floors and put everything back exactly where it was. There are more color differences in the grout between high traffic areas and the rest of our floors. We couldn't be happier.

The quality of the work was excellent. The only issue I had with this company was partly my fault but I hoped I would get some consideration regarding additional work. They charge a set fee depending on the square footage of the job. I agreed and had some tile installed. With a few days I decided to add a small section on the front of the tub to match the wall that was already completed. When I recontacted them I was given the exact same charge to come out to my home as the first time. I requested some consideration because of previous work completed only days before and the fact that it was going to be such a small job. At first they would not consider giving me a price reduction but finally did take off a small amount. I don't think the installer was there even two hours until he completed the job. I understand they have to schedule the job, but considering I was a past customer (within a few days) and the job was so small, I would have hoped for a little better price. Other than that issue I couldn't have been happier with their work.
