RE-SCREENING PRO

I called Jeff and got an immediate response and it was easy communicating with him. He arrived to look at the job - I told him I wanted to be guided by him as to how many screens needed replaced. Jeff had a close scrutiny and determined that there were only two screens needing replaced. I know a lot of firms would have suggested way more than two screens so I felt extremely comfortable working with Jeff. He was honest, positive, he listened, and in every way he shone. Jeff did the work immediately and the job was highly professional. I unreservedly recommend Jeff for all screening work. The whole process was perfect. Thank you Jeff.

Answered my weekend email within an hour or two. Jeff came out on Sunday and looked at the job. He was able to do the job Monday and Tuesday. Jeff was able to come out and do a great job, during a time when it's hard to even get a call back from other companies. If you need your enclosure repaired, call Jeff, you won't be sorry. He'll do a very good job for you, and you won't have to wait for months to get the work done. He did not go up on his prices due to the hurricane like other companies did. Jeff arrived right on time and advised that the size of our lanai exceeded the square footage of the deal quoted. I asked him if he can just replace the ones damaged within that quantity and he agreed and went forward with the repair. The final results were excellent and the overall look of our lanai has improved greatly - would highly recommend to others.

Never happened. Left two detailed voice mail messages over the course of a week and did not receive a response at all. Disappointed after reading the other good reviews.

I looked on Angie's List for a qualified screen contractor that specialized in screen repairs. Based on the reviews I called Jeff Repetto at Re-screening Pro. I took photos of the damage on my smart phone and emailed them to Jeff. He responded later that evening that from the photos he could not tell if it one continuous piece of screen from the roof to the outside of the cage but if it was he would have to rescreen all three pieces at a cost of $55 per panel. He told me he would rescreen each panel separately so that I would not have the same problem in the future. I thought his number was fair. Jeff scheduled to come out Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM but later asked if he could change the time to 7:00 AM. I agreed. Jeff arrived promptly and began his work. He was quick and performed excellent quality work. While he was there I noticed that the lower panels in the screen doors also needed to be replaced. Jeff performed the additional work at a fair cost. I am sure I will be using Jeff again in the future. I would recommend this contractor to others looking to have repair work completed on their screens.

The job was excellent. I had called 3 companies. I left messages with 2 (they never even called back), but Jeff answered 1st time. He requested a photo, which I sent to him and I shortly received a reasonable estimate. We made an appointment and he arrived as scheduled. He did a perfect job of rescreening and answered any questions I had about what he was doing, while he was working. He clearly is a pleasant and knowledgeable expert at what he does. I highly recommend him and also will tell my friends at work is case they ever need someone.

We have an older flat top pool cage which offers many challenges. Jeff was fair with his price and did excellent work. He made sure the job was perfect. When he came to a potential problem he promptly voiced his concerns and immediately got the tools to complete the job. The owner Jeff showed up as scheduled. He even called to say he was on his way. He took great care in analyzing my issues and quoted me a fair price. Due to the height of my Lanai around 20 feet and because some of the panels that needed replacing were odd shaped and on sloped angles the job took much longer than he anticipated but he finished without complaint. I actually offered him additional money which he said was not necessary so I called it a tip and gave it to him anyway. I will definitely use Jeff in the future and will recommend him to all our friends

Jeff showed up precisely at 10:00 Sunday morning as scheduled. We began work immediately. He had all materials required having asked for dimensions and a photo in our initial e-mail contact.. It took him about 1 1/2 hrs to complete the job. Everything was perfect. I had priced the job out if I had done it myself and Jeff was cheaper. Also it would have taken me days where it took Jeff a couple hours. I was very pleased.

Jeff was very responsive from the moment we made phone contact. His prices are posted on his website and seemed reasonable by comparative measures. Additionally, Angie's List reviews complemented him for his open, direct and fair approach to both pricing and the quality of his work. I called a couple of the "big guys" and did not even get the courtesy of an answered or returned phone call. He made an appointment, was right on time, worked hard to give a fair estimate, then went about doing the work. While he was here, i contacted a neighbor and got him a 2nd job. He explained his approach, gave advice on how to judge good screening methodologies, and seems to be quite diligent about wanting to do the job right the first time. I would definitely use his services again nd recommend him highly.

Better pricing than the "Big" guys and just as good or better workmanship. I highly recommend his service and will use again. Got scheduled promptly unlike the "big" guys.

My wife and I had recently moved into our Cape Coral, FL home with our four cats. The house has a large lanai and pool area with approx. 100 linear feet of pool cage. We had inspected the screening and found several small breaks in the bottom panels and a sizable tear in one of the corner roof panels. My cats however, immediately discovered an opening large enough to get through and after several escapes and re-captures it was clear that I needed help. I called several re-screening companies for estimates. One never replied, one gave me a phone estimate without ever seeing the job and another just didn't work out. Jeff, owner of Re-Screening Pro, came right out and provided a very fair price estimate. When I asked if he could start soon because of my cat situation, he said he could begin that afternoon. He recommended re-screening the bottom 36" high panels with a product called Super Screen which is a polymer and polyester product three times stronger than the normal fiberglass screen. It was essentially "cat proof". Jeff secured the bottom panels that day and returned to repair the corner roof panel and trim up the next day. He threw in a couple of new door latches to insure the integrity of the cage. It was a pleasure to do business with Jeff and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing re-screening services.

We called and left a message. We got a call back a couple hours later and scheduled the next day. He came out when he said he would, did the work quickly and it looks great. Nice not having to deal with a pack of sub-contractors like some of the other highly rated screen companies on Angieslist.

Great job! Jeff was professional, showed up as promised and charged a fair price for screen replacement. Plus, I appreciate that his prices are clearly shown on his website so there is no confusion about the actual charge. I will use the vendor again!

I saw the Re-Screening Pro on AnglesList. I called and left a message asking him for a quote to re-screen my my patio screens. The patio was 6 sections of 56and quot; x 52and quot; panels of screening. I also called 2 other companies. One of these companies never called me back (I forgot their name). The second company, The Screen Doctor of Lee County, told me they would do the job for $985 but they wouldn't be able to get to it for 4 to 6 weeks. Needless to say, I told them I wasn't interested. Jeff on the other hand called me back within an hour and quoted me $185. He also said he'd get to it with 2 days. He came out the next day to look at the patio and see what gasket he would need. He came back the next day and changed my screening. After he was done he said he wasn't happy with the gasket he used so he wanted to stop back after 6:00 PM so he could change the gasket he put in to a thicker gasket (at no additional cost to me). He came back about 6:30 and he changed all the gaskets. Jeff did a super job and I am very happy with his work and I would recommend him highly.

I found Re-Screen on Angie's list and called them for an estimate. Jeff returned my call that day and said he would be able to give me an estimate the following day. He arrived on time, viewed the work needed, he explained what he would do. I accepted the estimate and he said he could do the screening that day. The re screen was done that day. He worked very efficiently and checked back with my before he left. He said he would be back in the morning to replace all the mounting screws. Once again, he showed up on time, did the work. Unexpectedly he did a bit of touch up work to rid the cage of rust marks. The work was completed much quicker than I expected. (I thought it would be a couple of weeks.) The price was fair. (I had another company give me an estimate but never called back to scheduled the work date. Re-Screen was less than that estimate.) Next time I need screen or pool cage work done Jeff at Re-Screen gets the call.

The roof of our pool cage was in need of re-screening due to age. We had obtained estimates, which took much time, with many no-shows or postponements. When we tried to hire one company, they were difficult to locate, phone numbers didn't work, etc. Along came a Tropical Storm and now the screens were in tatters. Then someone suggested Mr. Repetto. He called back quickly, made a reasonable estimate within 24 hours through photos sent over the internet, showed up on the appointed date, worked quickly and efficiently, was polite and professional. This job took more than one day, but he secured all loose screening and cleaned up after the first day, then returned the following day, even though it was Saturday, to finish the job. The roof is now better than ever. It is a high, table or tray style roof, not just a flat expanse. The side panel was blocked by a cable and an electric box, which had to be removed. He did a great job.

He worked Saturday and part of Sunday - he set the schedule. After doing all of the top sections ($595) and one of the side sections ($35) he asked to be paid $620.00 ($5 less than full price) so he could get the materials for the door installation. My wife paid him and that's the last we've seen of him. We called him 4 or 5 times since to no avail. Once he said he would be out the next week, but he never did. The last time I called him, he wouldn't say when he would show up. That was three weeks ago. So the job was never completed and we lost $65 of the $70 discount on the complete job and now have to get someone else to finish the job.

We contaced Re-screening Pro in July. He gave us a time that he would be at our house but did not arrive that day. I assumed he was finishing up another job and called him. He was very apologetic and I was fine with that. He did come the next day and did a professional job. The screen looks great. A week later we discovered another rip in a different screen. I have called the company four times now. He has yet to return any of my calls. We paid him cash so I'm sure the money wasn't the issue. If we were too far to come for a small job, he could have at least called and let us know that. Very unprofessional .... and frustrating!

I have called this company from a neighbor's recommendation. His price was right in line with others that I have spoken with. We were nervous having someone re-screen our cage and not being happy with the results. Jeff did a fine job, he was clean and organized and although I hope I don't need to re-screen my cage in years to come, I look forward to recommending this company to my neighbors and friends as needed.
