It is the events of Dec 2010 I wish to address first. We had a unique situation when it came to purchasing a home. I contacted Art Janowski, from Rawlings Realty, and four other real estate agencies to work on our difficult problem. Art started immediately and by the next day we had prospects. While none actually met our needs he continued to work until he found one that did. The problem took a very specific solution and he did not stop until he found it. He stayed in touch with us, he gave us reports, and spent a great deal of time until he located what was to become our new home. NOT ONE of the other realtors even bothered to call us. In December 2011 we fell into a situation where we might have to sell the house if we could not obtain refinancing. I again contacted Art where he put us in touch with lenders, some private, and discussed what we needed to do if selling became necessary. The most good I can do anyone who reads these reviews is to tell them in the area of real estate, contact Art at Rawlings Realty. He is the most dedicated, phenomenal person we have ever known and his work is not a job, it's personal. Never has anyone worked so hard for a client as he has.
