flooring contractor, hardwood floor
 + 0 moreDoug was excellent in customer service. Order was delayed (coming from China) through the flooring company - he kept on top of the order and gave us weekly updates. Scheduled installation to be done before a requested date. Installers got straight to work and completed job as quoted. Made minor trim changes as requested. Was told 4 men would arrive to install but only 2 did the work. Quote included removal of carpet and moving of large pieces of furniture. We had to remove small pieces and unhook electronics such as big screen TV.
Description of Work: Installation of laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms, living room and closets.
