Description of Work: Technicians do not notify anyone when there is a problem. When we noticed the leaks and asked them about it, they just said they thought we were going to replace the equipment. When they tried to fix the leak, one spot would be fixed then another adjacent spot would start leaking. When they fixed the new leak, the old one would begin leaking again. We had another company come out to fix the situation.

Description of Work: Pool Pros was one of 3 companies on Angie's List I contacted to obtain estimates for repair work to the lanai surrounding my pool. The first company came out the same day to inspect the area to be fixed and submitted an estimate via email the next morning. Dan Sheppard with Pool Pros came out the next day after my contact with the company and promised an estimate the next day via email. He was late arriving at my home due to "meetings". Two days later when his estimate didn't arrive, I called his cell phone number and left a msg. Three days later, he called me to say he had been held up in "meetings" but he would send me the estimate that day. The estimate never came despite one additional attempt on my part to remind him to send out the estimate ASAP since I was looking at other companies to do the work. I wish he had been honest at the beginning if he was not interested in doing the job.

 + -1 moreWe moved into a house just before Christmas and the pool heater was not functioning and we needed repairs done. I had done research on the internet and checked all the prices for Titanium pool heaters. I called Pool Pros and they were very professional and competitive in their pricing. Dan showed up on time to go over the estimate with me, and had a technician out within 5 days of when I accepted their bid. The entire process was flawless and Pool Pros also does my regular pool service and they are great to work with. I got a lot for my money, plus several months of free service for buying through them.
Description of Work: Replaced Pool heater with new Jandy AE4200 Heat Pump, installed Jandy Automation HP kit with 2 JVA's plus plumbing reconfiguration to existing equipment and installation, installed air tubing from spa button to control box for spa, replaced pool & spa light bulbs, installed solar cover for the pool and separate solar cover for the spa.

Description of Work: Perform weekly pool maintenance. Very dependable. If any issues come up while we are gone they are always good about getting in contact with us. Other things they have done are: 1.Installed an autofill system 2.New wireless (Easy Touch) pool and Spa Control System. 3.New pump 4.Repaired Heat Pump
