Like another reviewer stated, the service started out great. Karel was here every week and the pool always looked great. He even fixed a leak by the skimmer and the price was very reasonable. Things went downhill quickly. We started having someone from another pool company servicing our pool and they have done a horrible job. They show up randomly, claim to have cleaned and vacuumed the pool but it is still dirty looking, with debris on the bottom and looking green. I was charged over $100 for a gasket and filter that was never installed. I finally saw the guy here yesterday and he spoke very little English and said I needed a new filter, and that was the reason that the pool looked green. When I informed in that I had paid for a new filter over a month prior he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t understand. After he had completed the “vacuuming” and left I took a look at the pool and the main drain in the deep end of the pool was almost completely covered with debris and leaves. I have called, left voicemail messages, emailed and texted the owner Karel but after a month have still not received a reply or response back.

They started out great but as of late they don’t show up and when they do they do not perform services paid for. I have tried 6 times to contact management leaving messages each time.No call back. They have now contracted pool service to another company and the pool attendant they sent to my home is awful.He has no comprehension with the English language which for me is no problem because I can improvise.He can’t answer any pool related questions.His reply is I don’t know.Then all he says is “respect”to every question or statement you make. Pool Check has not addressed my concerns and complaints so as far as I am concerned our relationship is done
