Very professional. Was the second quote we got to replace our air conditioning unit the price was $2k less than first quote from large franchise company. The systems were exactly the same! Paul the owner was very helpful and honest. I would tell anyone in this area to please call him to quote before you hire anyone else! Donâ t spend thousands more!

We needed a new hvac system. After much research and reading reviews it was apparent that Polar Bear Air would be the go to company. Paul, the owner answered our call and set up an appointment the next day. We agreed on the unit needed and the price was quiet fair. Matt, the lead installer was prompt and professional. Quick and clean process. Couldn't be more pleased.

Paul and his team were great to work with from start to finish. Paul came out to check on my situation and gave me an estimate right away. His team started the next week and was professional, friendly and extremely hard working. They even came out on a saturday to finish up! They kept us updated along the way as well as to where they were in terms of timeline. Everything seems to be working great so far. Great company to work with and I would recommend to anyone.

I was so happy that I hired this company ! The owner, Paul, came out promptly and gave me a fair estimate. He was very professional and I hired him. He immediately set up installation on two 2 1/2 ton units for my home. It was not an easy job considering that my air handlers were in a tight attic, but his workers did the job with no problem and in record time. I was very impressed ! They cleaned up everything beautifully and would not take payment until everything was installed and I was satisfied with the job ! The men in this company are wonderful to work with and I would very highly recommend them !

I am very pleased with the work & Paul the owner seems very honest. He got my old unit cooling for the 2 weeks I had to wait for the job to be done & it was worth it. None of the others I had in for estimates even offered to try to get my unit cooling again. Very pleased. Price was good also.
