Came on time fix the problem and did not charge me. What a nice guy!

Polar Bear Air beat other competitors by $2K and I now have a great new AC for only $1K more than a competitor wanted to charge for cleaning my 7 year old AC. The crew is kind and competent. I highly recommend them!

I reached out to Paul on a weekday afternoon. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave me, by far, the best price on a full split system replacement. The next morning, he and his guys showed up on time and had the new system up and running before noon. His guys were very personable, they got the job done fast, and they cleaned up after themselves. Wow! I had my AC installed by another conditioned air and have had nothing but trouble. I called polar bear air and Paul not only took the time to listen to what I was complaining about, he came and inspected the unit and found what the issue was. Very knowledgeable and nice guy over the phone ..very honest and fair price ..they were very quick in my new ac install,my tenants and I were very happy with they way did the job and very clean..Paul tells u all u need to know..I also have used him for another condo and he fixed a minor problem with my thermosat and he was there in 15 minutes to save the day again..thank u Paul

Paul, the owner, contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my request for a quote. He was very pleasant and seemed quite knowledgeable so I set up a time for an estimate. He made a thorough inspection of my unit. In his quote he recommended two different units and explained the difference between them so I could make an informed choice. I went online and researched the brand and unit he recommended. It was one of the top rated brands and his price was less than their recommended installed price. I was very pleased! The crew showed up for installation and were courteous, honest, and efficient. They explained what they were doing with each step and answered all my questions. They were completely finished with everything, including clean-up, in five hours. I chose the more energy saving unit and have been monitoring my electric bills closely since it was installed a couple months ago. Iâ m happy to report that my bill has dropped even more than Paul estimated and these have been the hottest months of the year so far. He clearly knows his stuff and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Polar Bear Air is awesome!

They came on time, were very pleasant, explained what they were doing. When finished showed how the new thermostat works., helped fill out the warranty information and removed the old system. They cleaned up the area and took the old system away.

These guys did a great and timely job. We are waiting on a follow up pad and hood install. Paul did a great job getting us pushed through. His crew was polite and professional and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Paul the owner is very professional and a gentleman. His two installers were very friendly, personable and both were highly qualified. They installed a AHU and Condenser and after they completed the work you couldnâ t even tell that they were there. This company takes pride in their business and their customers.
