The installers were professional, friendly and very helpful. They explained everything to me, because I know absolutely nothing about HVAC. The owner Paul, I cant say enough kind words about him. Just an amazing guy. Work was done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. They even registered my warranty for me. The kind of service they provide is very rare these days. Paul is a down to earth, genuine professional who tells it like it is, and that is so very GOOD and REFRESHING these days. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Do not use polar bear air he does not stand behind his work and Does not pull a permit for your ac work I know cause paul got caught by my inspector he ask Paul where his permit was.

Polar Bear Air was the company we decided to go with to install our new A/C system. Paul, the owner, made us very at ease with both him and his company. This why we purchased our A/C system through him. He explained everything to us. He also had the best price and availability of a better, more efficient unit than other suppliers companies were offering us. The system was available, so we had a fast, clean and on time installation. I know we made the best choice by going with Polar Bear Air.

Contacted owner at 4 pm on Sunday because heat was not working and it was to be the coldest night of the year. I was informed it was Sunday and to contact him on Monday. I purchased the unit in April of 2021. Apparently the warranty isn't covered on weekends! It is 62 in the house with the oven on!

As with many, I'm a little apprehensive when dealing with A/C contractors. However, after completion of our replacement by Polar Bear Air, I can truthfully say that Paul, of Polar Bear, is a man of his word. This company was great. You call and speak to the owner, Paul. Nobody has to relay information. Paul gives a fair price and a firm handshake and doesnâ t make you wait weeks for service. Heâ s on-site during the install, but his crew doesnâ t need the supervision. They were quiet, clean, and polite. Iâ ll recommend polar bear to anyone.

Excellent he was neat snd clean and polite and got right down to business! The issue was small and he had the part with him and all was fixed in no time! Also, he charged me much less than I would have though.
