Paul is amazing to work with. He is straight to the point and honest. His prices are amazing and the quality is top notch. He and his team showed up exactly as planned and completed the work immediately. My A/C had gone out and not only was the unit and air handler parts replaced, all vents were adjusted and filters cleaned to ensure maximum efficiency of the new unit. He even has maintenance options I plan to do with him and his company for very reasonable prices and offered a solution to my filters that are 20 feet in my ceilings. So no more ladders for me! I look forward to continuining business with Paul and polar bear air.

I went to Home Advisor due to my AC not working and the site recomended Polar Bear Air. Paul the service guy called me within a minute and arrived at my residence within 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue in a very professional manor and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. Paul called to tell me was on his way and got our system up and running , a tripped breaker. When I asked him what I owe him he that there was no charge ! I highly recommend Polar Bear to everyone. As a real estate agent, I have worked with several air conditioning companys over the last several years however, when it comes to professionalism, honesty and courtesy, POLAR BEAR STANDS OUT FROM THE REST. When I personally was having trouble with my AC in my home, I called a local family-based company who gave me an estimate between $6,000-$8,000 which included total duct work repair. They said, I had to completely repair the duct work in order for my AC to work. I asked about if it could be a Freon leakage issue, they said no and then, they began their hard sale. I turned to POLAR BEAR AIR for a second opinion. They were on time and had me up and running within 30 minutes at little cost. My problem was caused by a Freon leak. POLAR BEAR AIR is a name to TRUST. This is a company who will not lie or scam you in order to make few extra bucks, or even thousands (in my case). Thank you, Paul, for being incredible, trustworthy, and a man of integrity. I will always recommend, Polar Bear Air.

Paul arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem with the compressor in a 3 ton system in an industrial complex we own. We have a complex electrical system in an old warehouse and he was able to install a new system within 24 hours. He was conscientious in explaining the technical issues and provided a competitive price. Was a very honest person to deal with. Great company!

I would highly recommend Polar Bear Air, Paul, the owner called me within 30 minutes of my request on a Saturday afternoon and set an appointment for Monday at 8 am. Paul arrived on time and provide a very thorough inspection and provide an excellent price for a new system. I did receive two other prices and Paul had the best price with the same equipment and I called him on Tuesday to schedule installation, and the equipment was installed very professionally and completed by Saturday. My opinion. is that if you did not give Polar Bear an opportunity it would be your loss.

Polar Bear Air installed a new Air Conditioning unit for us in November of 2017. The Price, Customer Service and Quality of work were all Top Notch. Losing your air conditioning in Florida is a traumatic experience not to mention the expense. Paul of PBA, was patient, thorough, and gave us a very clear understanding of the situation and what our options were. Our new AC Unit was installed the very next day with meticulous precision by friendly technicians. Paul called me immediately after posting my job on Home Advisor -- I needed a second opinion/possible hire to seal my a/c duct system with mastic sealer (my then current a/c maintenance company said this needed to be done to vastly improve the a/c's efficiency). Paul performed an inspection the next day and informed me I DID NOT need to seal the system, as it was already adequately sealed, I thanked Paul for his complete honesty and professionalism, and contracted with Polar Bear Air for a 1 year maintenance agreement. I intend to renew my contract each year, and use PBA for any necessary repairs or upgrades!!!

This company was quick and efficient. Called me within 15 min of posting on Home Advisor. They came out quickly and gave me a great price! Very professional! They went out of their way on a Sunday to install a new air conditioner under 110 degree weather. They were clean and didn't leave any mess. They took the old unit away and cleaned up after themselves. They were honest and trustworthy and the best price around! Thank you Paul, I would definitely refer you to any of my friends.
