Very competitive commercial pricing. Answered all my questions so I could better understand the AC systems in our large commercial property. Would recommend Polar Bear read the electric stats on each AC system before replacing and not trust the judgment of the owner. Very prompt, courteous and reliable.

Very professional ,timely , conscientious . Called at 1AM when we noticed the house was warm. By 8:30am we had a cool house and by 5pm after a 3 hour installation we had a new system in place. We were very impressed with their service. Will continue to use home advisor as this is the second time they provide a fast good value to us. Excellent company.

Polar Bear Air called me, when I looked on Home Advisor! I was surprised but Paul , the owner told me all about air conditioners and explained what I needed ... I used this information when I talked to other dealers. I flew to Florida from my home in Ohio and after interviewing several dealers o chose PolarBear and another company that a neighbor had used...I waited for the other man to come... but he forgot!! So I called Paul and he said he could come over immediately and explain again and go over his suggestions. He arrive in 20 minutes ( he didn’t forget my appt. with him , he just came earlier!and he brought me s portable air conditioner for me to use that day and night until his crew could finish the job!! That was such a great gesture on his part. His price was fair, the product a Rudd air conditioner was installed the very next day at 8 am as promised... and the portable air conditioner was a real God send for those 24 hours til air was installed!! The 2 installers were tidy and did a great job of installing everything and telling me how it works and what to do with the new thermostat and answered all my questions!!! I was and still am very pleased. Both installers said their boss , Paul was a good guy and could be counted on to do any and everything to help a customer in an emergency repair if needed. So far the new Rudd unit works well and I am happy. Paul and his crew were great and I am happy I chose Paul to advise me! I give them all 5 stars ...and Paul has a delightful British accent... ever he said sounded so neat ... loved that accent!

We had the duct work replaced. They came on Sunday and did the work. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Paul was very nice to work with and his installers were friendly and really knew their work. Great job. We will definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I was having issues with condensation. He came out on a Sunday showed me what was wrong and helped me resolve the issue at no charge. That's what I said came out on a sunday and didn't charge me for his consultation. Helped me put the proper pitch on drain pipe haven't had anymore issues since great guy thanks for your professional advice

Owner was fantastic, he came out on a Sunday. Had to find the proper part for my AC but was nice enough to not leave me in the heat all weekend. Came on Monday and rebuilt the motor for great price, instead of telling me I needed a new AC system for $5000. Honest and accurate what more can you ask for nowadays.

They Came on time and put 2 ac units in in 7 hours start to finish and cleaned up after themselfs
