A single phone call to Polar brought me to the Boss Paul . He asked me want I wanted, needed and the urgency. Just so happens my 83 yr old mother was home with heat in high eighties. I asked for more A/C than the home really needed. Paul explained to me why I didn t need the Cadillac of units. He was a pleasant Chap to work with and got his crew out on time to quote the job. Quote did not change when the bill came. Technicians were respectful and were done quickly leaving it as clean as when they arrived. Of course time will tell if the installation and equipment stand the test of time and SW Florida heat and humidity. So far, A Plus and I am hard to please !

Gary and Billy were super efficient, very polite, and did a wonderful job. Paul knows his business well and charged a reasonable amount to replace our air conditioner. I will like working with polar bear air over the years as they maintain our new equipment.

Paul Abbott really helped sort out what needed changed and what was not necessary to change. The Rheem unit & air handler were sized well and we added two additional cold air ducts to improve efficeicey. Gary who installed the unit worked efficiently and carefully to insure it was installed correctly.

AC was not cooling nor turning off and I logged my issue with homeadvisor and received a phone call the very next morning by Paul (owner of Polar Bear AC). He not only scheduled a time that very morning, but was prompt to the time he said. Furthermore he was a very nice person to deal with and fair with the services rendered (very transparent with what was wrong and how much it will cost to fix). He was in and out very efficiently and showed the care not just of my AC unit, but my home. Finally the price we discussed is what he charged. He never tried to overcharge for any services not needed (this is a breathe of fresh air now a days, especially in the world of AC companies). I would recommend Paul and Polar Bear Air to anyone in need of service. Great person and great company !!

The service person explained everything he was going to do. He checked temperature and air flow through out. Then he serviced unit. Then he told us the results of his tests and maintenance. No pressure to sell anything. Very professional. Will use Polar Bear from now on.
