We were grateful to be referred to Paul (owner) at Polar Bear Air! He scheduled on a Sunday morning (arrived ahead of time!) and explained which unit we needed-he did not try to up-sell us like the other companies. He is very responsive, honest and kind. We were happy with Paul and his install team-Gary and Bill did a great job and cleaned up after install. Paul followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent from initial contact with Paul and during the whole process. We highly recommend Paul owner of Polar Bear Air!

Replaced all Duct Work arrived on time and worked consistently to complete the work. Clean neat and professional.

Came the first day of request....gave a great price, explaining the work to be done. Came the following work day. After work was done, was cleaned up. Left the job spotless. Recommend for sure !

GREAT WORK, EVEN FIXED DAMAGE LEFT BY PAST REPAIR MEN ON OLD UNIT THAT WAS REPLACED. NO CHARGE ! OTHER REPAIR AC COMPANY SAID THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Paul the owner of Polar Bear Air was wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend his service to any one needed home A/C or Heat work. He is reliable and will Not load you up with unnecessary "repairs". Definitely will be on my permanent 'to call' list from now on!

Hire these guys they are GREAT. Had other quotes and they said that my unit was no longer available and they would have to cut holes in my garage ceiling to make the new unit fit.Paul and Gary came and installed my new unit in the existing holes and it is a more economical unit and they did it for Hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other quotes. I liked this company - they came in with the best price and did the work very professionally. I work so my sons (18 & 19) had to do most of the work on this and it is because Mr. Paul treated them so respectfully and professionally that I hired them. Exceptional!!! I posted a review for Paul and Polar Bear Air when I needed an AC repair last year (5 stars all the way)... Called Paul last Friday morning as I knew it was time to look at options for replacing my aging AC unit. Paul was able to come to my home that same day and walk me through what he recommend for a replacement. The quote was exactly what I anticipated for replacement and he scheduled the work for the following Wednesday!!! On Wednesday the work was completed in exactly the time estimated and the gentlemen completing the installation were equally as kind and professional as Paul and my new AC is AMAZING!!! I HIGHLY recommend Paul & Polar Bear Air - professional, ethical and efficient!!!

This is a great company!.. I highly recommend them..Paul is very knowledgeable and will not try to sell you things you do not need which being a single female trying to fix a broken air unit and having no idea what to do was very comforting! Billy and Gary who put in my new unit were very professional and helpful with my situation because my old unit leaked into my kitchen and the ceiling fell out!!!.. they helped me ; patch it up until I could get it fixed which I would not have known what to do so if you are having issues with your air I highly suggest you call Polar Bear Air because they will not take advantage of you and will go above what is needed to make sure you are comfortable in your home!!..Thank you!!
