I was searching different companies for a new unit installation. Paul called me to schedule an appointment. He came out the same day. Paul was very professional. After speaking with Paul, I knew I had to go with Polar Bear Air. Paul and his crew showed up as scheduled. Paul explained everything that was going to be done. He introduced his crew. They were very polite and courteous. I am very pleased with the service and equipment I received. I feel Paul is very trustworthy. He didn't try to push or give me the most expensive unit. He suggested what was needed and the price was very reasonable. I am definitely going to recommend Paul to others.

Responded immediately while I was looking for this service. Came to the condo quickly to see what the project was. Gave me information for the best product to use, and found it while he was here. I had a April Air UV light installed in my furnace. The job was scheduled and completed in less than a week. Very personable man, very efficient and courteous. The estimate was conducted by the owner Paul which was fantastic. He was very professional, knowledgeable, had very competitive pricing but most of all he seemed to care about me and my family s comfort with our new system. Install Team of Don and Chris were great to have at the house. They were very professional as well. The entire company seemed to be very honest and were trying their very best to get us the most we could get out of our new HVAC System. Paul and his crew were great to work with. When they scheduled the project they showed up and this was a large project and they finished in two days. It is refreshing to have a Southwest Florida contractor that actually does what they say theyâ re going to do.

Great experience. Professional. Owner came out for estimate and to ensure the install crew understood scope of work. Removal and install of entire unit inside and out completed in 5 hrs.

They arrived when they said they would, while they were working they answered any questions we asked, their work was neat and exceptional and they did a nice job cleaning up after they finished. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have an ac system installed.

Paul was beyond excellent! He came right away on a Sunday to assess our AC system, gave me a quote talked me through everything to show us what was needed to be done. The 2 gentlemen that did the work were very courteous and respectful of our home (even full of extended family). High quality work and they clean up well after themselves. Paul made sure himself that then 2 men knew what the plan to be performed, excellent leadership which helped avoid unnecessary mistakes. I will use Polar Bear Air again in a heartbeat, highly recommended!
