Polar Bear Air came right out to assess my air conditioning system! Paul who I spoke to throughout the process was professional, focused on the issue, courteous and very honest! I had to replace my air conditioning unit- the condenser and the air handler as well as new breakers and whatever some other small things! His price was more than fair and again I must rave about the response time and Paul remaining in constant contact with me to make sure I understood each step!! Gary who came to install the unit was wonderful too! He was focused on his task and also courteous and respectful! I would certainly recommend this company a billion times over! I could not have been treated better! Polar Bear Air made a stressful situation into a pleasant experience and the air conditioning is working wonderfully!!!! They get ten stars from me! They are terrific!!!

Paul and his install crew did an excellent job. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, completed install in 4.5hours, and cleaned up so you could not tell work had been done. Very satisfied, and Ruud system is working perfectly. 👏👏👏

Paul, owner of Polar Bear Air, was very nice and knowledgeable. After on-going AC issues with our Home Warranty Company, Polar Bear Air worked promptly and professionally to replace our HVAC system. My son is extremely happy he finally has continuous COLD air. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is considering AC install or maintenance.
