PIE SUPERIOR SVC

I had a couple of breakers blow several times this week and it made me nervous so I contacted PIE Superior as they were the company that wired my home back in 1985 when it was built. It was nice to find they were still in business after all these years. They were able to schedule someone to come out today. The electrician (Don) contacted me before heading to my house so I could leave work and meet him there. He showed up promptly and was dressed neat and clean. He was able to explain how my breakers worked and showed me where there was an issue that needed to be addressed. Once he checked the breaker box to make sure everything worked correctly he put a meter on the breaker and had me turn items on to see what the load was and was able to reassure me that I was well below the maximum. Don also explained why it would be beneficial to hardwire my water heater (only if I wanted him to. Never any pressure.) The charge for the visit and materials was well within reason. He made sure to clean the workspace before he left. I received an itemized work order and receipt as well as a thank you and an invitation to call back if I had any questions or problems. I appreciated the prompt and courteous service. I also appreciated that there was no sort of high pressure sales tactics to purchase anything I did not need. I only mention this as I have had issues in the past with repair people trying to scare me into purchasing a repair or service that was not really needed or urgent. I felt completely comfortable with this transaction and I would definitely call this company again.

They are very friendly and professional. They came out really fast and fixed my stuff. They did a great job I highly recommend them. I will use them again.
