Their products are very sensitive because we have an animal. They have only come into our house once since 2005. We treat the perimeter monthly and we have never had a problem. I have had compliments that I have the best lawn in the neighborhood. They are very courteous and responsive. I have recommended them many times.

The owner of the company came out the same day we called. He explained his services and the type of problems with pests that a homeowner in Florida can have. Since we are new to the area, it was very helpful for us to have a knowledgeable provider. He warned us that our fire ant issue might take a few treatments to actually eliminate them. The initial application was applied the next morning. It's only been 3 weeks and we haven't seen any fire ants in the yard, so we're very satisfied.

I haven't disliked anything about them yet and I like the fact that the owner himself came out to the house for the first visit to look at what needed to be done and write up a quote. Because of where we live and because he didn't have his man who have been here already, he did the service himself. I thought that was pretty good service actually.

They come every month. They are very knowledgeable with what they do. Since I have them come every month they are very prompt and they take care of that very nicely. I never have to worry whether or not they are coming. If I see something or if I have a question concerning anything, they come back for some reason. They are usually there within the same day or within 24 hours. They are completely professional, completely punctual and on time. They just couldn't be better to work with.

It's an excellent company. They had a fast response to my call. They were reliable. I give them all As.

So far I'm not impressed. About two weeks after they were here I still saw some creepy critters. I had worked with them before when I lived someplace else and I like them there. This time I was not impressed. I will probably switch contractors next year.
