+ -1 moreActually, they are coming today. I use them for all my properties that I manage. They are always on time. If you have an emergency or a problem, they are right there for you. We never have to wait more than a couple of hours if there was an issue. I think I have six contracts with them with other houses and they take care of them excellently.
Description of Work: We use Performance Air. They service our unit since we lived here. So, they have been coming for three years. They come out twice a year.

+ 0 moreThe technician showed up in the middle of the time frame I was told he would be here. He told me I had some air blowing out of the duct work and that should solve the problem. He spent quite a bit of time making sure the leaks were sealed and when he finished, there were no leaks and our AC works better than it has in quite a while. When I asked how much I owed, he told me they installed the unit and there was no charge. This company stands behind their work because they installed the unit 4 years ago.

Description of Work: We had an Air Conditioning unit that was running but not cooling. The company that installed it said everything was working. The technician from Performance Air diagnosed a bad valve in the cooling line and discovered a cracked drain pan. He fixed everything and it has been working great ever since.
