Everything went exactly as expected. My parents were at the house when the repairs were made and had nothing but good things to say. He was prompt, careful and hard working. What else could you ask for?

Recommend... He did a good job on a few repairs one of which was a ceiling crack from a water leak that was caught early.

Mark is absolutely fabulous. His attention to detail is second to none. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it certainly shows. He worked with me and made painting the inside of my (inhabited) home as easy as it could possibly be. Communication was excellent, price was very fair and competitive. Can't say enough good things. I am SO HAPPY with my decision to hire him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Mark from Perfection Plus is a pleasure to work with. He was at my home each day during the job on time and worked late until he felt he had gotten as far as he could for the day. Popcorn removal is a messy job, but Mark took great care in trying to contain that mess as best as possible. In the end, the ceilings turned out awesome and it made such a huge difference in my home. He also finished the job early and for less than the original quote. I will definitely hire him again.

Mark, the owner completed all the work himself. He made sure that we were satisfied every step in the project. It wasn't a very big job but Mark did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again.

We were very satisfied with Mark"s work. He is perfectionist. He quoted us a price thinking job would be more involved, but after finishing the job cut the price just about in half. We thought that was great. He is very honest. I will definitely have him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

We were renovating a house and Mark was able to fix many drywall issues and texture walls to match the rest of the house. I called him the "Miracle Worker" as holes disappeared and you could not tell there was a problem. He was very responsive and was able to adjust his schedule to I could keep the renovation project on track. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone wanting a professional job.

Mark repaired the areas true to his name "Perfection Plus". I happened to come across the Angie's List "Good Deal" promotion and could not resist. I received service for the fraction of what I knew to be the true cost for such service. - - - He meticulously removed loose tape and Spackle back to the solid areas and replaced. The bathroom repair was not simple with some jaggedly removed drywall areas that he returned to new and paint ready. I am very pleased with the service and will not hesitate to use him hereafter. Its a pleasure to find quality service providers and Mark Davis with Perfection Plus is just such a company. Great job!

I would definitely use again. Other than above have nothing else to tell except a very good job was done for above mentioned repairs. The deal was 3 hrs. of work for a cost of $69.00!!! Worth every penny.

Purchased through Angie's List Mark did an excellent job. I had one wall that had wallpaper on it. He removed the wallpaper and plastered and textured the wall to match the other walls. Perfect match. Did all of that on 6/20/2014. Came back the next day after it had dried and painted the wall. You would never know. Looks just like the rest of the walls in the room. He was very precise in his painting. Even though he only painted the one wall it blends with the other walls. You would never know that only one wall was done. Cleaned up after himself. Was very pleasant to talk. Would not hesitate to have Mark do work for us in the future

Mark Davis, President of Perfection Plus, did a masterful job of drywall repairs on ceilings in both my garage and on my lanai. Please note that Mark was specifically hired to clean up and repair previously badly botched drywall repairs done by a mediocre contactor that I had initially hired for the job. Not only did Mark clean up the other guy's mess but also his finished results were way beyond my expectations. Mark is truly a perfectionist and did his work in a clean, efficient, and timely manner for the exact price he quoted me upfront for the job. It's an understatement to say that I'm extremely pleased with his finished work!!! In the future, Mark will get my first call for all my drywall repair and painting needs. A+++!!!

He did the job and after it dried we were not satisfied with the results. He came back and put an additional coat on the ceiling and now it is perfect. His painting and products used matched perfectly. I highly recommend him.

Mark arrived just as schedule, was friendly and fully explained how he was going to make the repair. He took about three hours to repair the hole. He took the time and care at each step to make sure the job was done well. His completed job is excellent and totally invisible even if you are looking for the repair. We have already hired him to complete some additional work at the house for what I would consider a very fair price. Work done was excellent and I would recommend him to friends and family.

Mark was very responsive after I purchased his deal on Angie's List. He kept in contact about his availability. He did a great job on fixing the drywall on my lanai ceiling. He called right away, but was an hour away. So 2 of the 3 hours would be travel time. Very honest and understanding.

I have used him on three major projects. He does outstanding drywall. He has done alot of remodelling for me. The quality of work if great. He would always cleaned up after himself.
