Description of Work: My whole condo was painted including the ceilings and woodwork. Mark had to work around the remodeling of kitchen and bathrooms and the mess of taking down the popcorn ceilings. I am satisfied with his work. He was reliable, careful and professional.

Description of Work: I got the best deal for excellent , beautiful work. I needed him to fix the drywall under a major living room window. He called prior to job with ideas regarding the drywall under the other windows. All three windows the previous drywall er made them too short. He fixed all three areas perfectly at no extra cost. He was punctual, |Responsible and his work was impeccable. I have his name and he I'll be on my speed dial.

Description of Work: I had 2 bathrooms with wallpaper. There were many corners and I was dreading removing it myself. After I purchased the Angie's List "special" he called to coordinate the service and was very willing to work around my travel requirements. He arrived as we had agreed upon. It took 8 hours to remove it, but it is very close to paint ready. He took care of all the little details. I will be contacting him to coordinate painting later this year.

Description of Work: Perfection was perfect!!!! He showed up on the date and time we had agreed on. He did the work in the time period that he said it would take. He was VERY NEAT and TIDY, used a drop cloth and did a great job. We will definitely use him in the future and will recommend him to all our friends!!!

Description of Work: Mark called and made the appointment and came when he said he would- repaired the sheetrock taping on our peaked ceiling- he did a wonderful job. Came back the next day to check the work and painted the area. It did take longer than 3 hours but the end result was well worth it. He wants to get more painting jobs through Angie's list and you should let him advertise his painting also- he did a great job- he touched up the work area so that we did not have to go for the expense of painting the whole ceiling. I would highly recommend him (Perfection plus)and would definitely use the company again
