 + -1 moreEverything about the experience was horrible! I wanted two areas in my home steam cleaned : a bedroom and a large area rug. The company rescheduled on me SEVERAL times (usually at the last minute) and the day it finally got done, he was in and out in under 20 minutes! I seriously doubt that I could vacuum the areas in that short of time! He told me that it'd take about 4 hours for the areas to dry and I should lower my A/C for awhile. I did lower my A/C, but the SOPPING WET carpets took over 16 hours to dry! To top it off, the areas smelled worse than before, after the whole thing was done! I was hoping to "freshen up" my place, and was horrified when I got the opposite effect. NEVER use this company!
