We are only 7 weeks into the new annual contract, but everyone is very pleased. A HUGE improvement over our most recent service provider. There were some problems of getting the cutting right that have cleared up as the crew got used to the two different grasses we have. The shrub trimming was very nice indeed. The turf maintenance just began and it's too early to tell about some of our sick palms. We have massive irrigation system problems and they are mostly worked out and we are waiting for the final updated programming. The one thing I can say is that PCL has been VERY responsive to our needs and desires and we look forward to bringing our landscaping back to where we want it.

PCL Landscapes maintains my the landscaping at my residence and at a commercial property I own, on a continual basis and has been doing so for about 2 years. The supervisor with whom I have continual cell phone contact and who drops by when requested, Jim Wiesner, is very responsive, and knowledgeable man that supervises the grass, pest control, irrigation, and planting people the company sends to perform service at my property. Their rates are much lower than predecessors, and through my recommendations they now have other properties in the development as customers. I do not hesitate to recommend PCL.

Unfortunately, service was not provided due to several factors. First, the office person I scheduled with for the estimate assured me that "I" would receive a phone call to schedule the estimate. This was not done. I can only assume there was mis-communication between the woman I spoke with and the whomever schedules the estimates. The real shame of it all was the conduct of the service people who showed up at my home UNANNOUNCED and scared the daylights out of my wife. They rang our door bell multiple times. One man walked around to each window of the house with his face up against windows looking in and finally to the back porch. Alone in the home, she was terrified. - - My wife called and spoke to "Jon" who appropriately apologized for the inexcusable event. I called and spoke to Jon after as well and he conducted himself appropriately and was very apologetic. If they had simply done what they told me they would do there would have been no concern. Instead, I have no reason to believe they would do what they say they will do and thus I cannot ever use their service. I called a trusted friend who also recommended them so I felt I was in good hands in calling PCL. However, after doing this to my wife, they will never us as a service provider.

Jon and his team were phenomenal! He and his team of 4 professional landscapers arrived punctually and began removing all rock, the dead palm tree and the overgrown plants from the property. They were meticulous in the details of the work. They worked over a period of two days to complete the project. Jon was very personable, professional and knowledgeable of every tree and plant around the house. Jon even ensured that a new Bird of Paradise was delivered and installed on short notice. Jon's team also helped me plumb a new waterfall into the irrigation system. The result of PCL's job was simply outstanding. Our home looks 100% better and the job was done at a fair and reasonable price.

They were fantastic, as usual. Their price, value, service, and promptness are all great.

They are the best ones we’ve ever had. They go beyond the call of duty and we don’t need to tell them what to do. They are easy to work with and the price is right.

I was actually out of town when the work was performed. The invoice I received was very detailed, and the work they did was excellent.
