Paver Protectors

The quality of work was acceptable in that the pavers look good. But there was no particular emphasis on quality control. Several weeks later we are still trying to get our pool to recover from all of the dirt, sand and grunge sprayed into the pool. While the Paver Protetor's agreement specifically rejects liability for damage to landscape, there was virtually no effort to mitigate or limit the damage to landscaping outside of the lanai screen. As a result we have lost considerable landscaping. Finally, the caustic material was cleaned in our yard causing loss of considerable grass that had to be replaced. Paver Protectors needs to let potential customers know exactly what precautions it will take to mitigate damage and what steps the owner may take to mitigate damage. It is truly a question of full disclosure.

A sham, terrible work and very dishonest. Had to come back and still did not repair job correctly.

Scheduling was easy. I had an estimate within a couple of days and then on the date of the work they showed up on time. All my questions were answered and the finished product looks great. You can't tell where the repairs were made and the entire deck looks like new.

Arrived 20 minutes early and completed the job within 2 hrs or less. I did not think it would come out as well as it did. The pavers were that badly stained and full of moss and weeds. I will have them continue to keep them looking like new in the future.

It was great. the only problem we had was gate access security did not properly review a previously submitted access request which the service person had to work through. This is a homeowner issue NOT a Paver Protector issue. But the worked through and did another great job.

The cleaning went great. They came to the door to let me know they were here. The cleaning looks great. We have used Paver Protectors for several years and have been very pleased.

Paver Protectors just cleaned, re-sanded and sealed my driveway and large lanai. Everything looks fantastic!! They were punctual and very professional. I highly recommend them!!

The process left white marks on pavers, zebra pattern on pavers, and clumps of sealer. Called and requested problems to be fixed by a different worker. Same worker was assigned our job with another worker. They power washed the problem areas rem which removed all of the sand in the joints, then resealed. They returned to check the job and we pointed out the sand issue. We were told they would discuss with their boss. We never heard back from them. We had to re-sand many of the pavers and will need to reseal. Waste of money would never use Paver Protectors again.

Extremely well. I used this company before and I was amazed at the difference in Paver Protectors and the others I tried so of course I had them do it again. Austen was so pleasant and professional and used numerous tools and products to do the job. Customer service is awesome as is Jeff. Use them......you won't be sorry.

I hired Paver Protectors again because I was very satisfied with the cost and quality and level of professionalism the first time. They did not disappoint again. After the pool deck was completely sealed it started raining. Brandon, the technician waited till the rain stopped, blow dried the pools of sealer and resealed. That is why I am glad I went with Paver Protectors again. I highly recommend them!

Very happy with the service and the quality of the job. They cleaned and sealed the pavers in only a few hours, leaving everything clean. They were able to take off the stains off and left a consistent finish throughout the whole job.

Very professional from the first contact. Office was very polite and organized and the tech that cleaned them did a great job. Everything was explained and they all followed through. It's nice to find a company that the whole team is contributing and on board. Our pavers were very dirty and very much in need of a good cleaning and sealing. I have been trying to get them done for the last 4 months, but at least 4 other companies, postponed, cancelled, didn't respond or quotes were too high. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. Just a note to let you know I have history as being a HOA manager and deal with a lot of vendors - from many of vendors used for all the communities I worked for, Paver Protectors would be on my top 3 as far as professionalism and getting the job done.

Technician showed up on-time (actually a little early) and was very professional. Did a great job, was careful and cleaned up before leaving. Very happy with the results.

The pavers look amazing. We are very pleased. Everyone in the company was very professional and gave us full detailed explanations of the process. The tech explained that he would not leave till we were fully satisfied. Our next project will be our driveway.

Incredible Customer Service. I had my pool and front entrance pavers get the Paver Protector seal. About 2 weeks after the seal was applied, I noticed that the color of the pavers was not as "shiny" as I was hoping for. Jeff, the owner, came out and agreed and set me up with another application to get the results that I desired. After the second application, I can say that I am fully satisfied with the results and commend Paver Protectors for their expeditious and professional service.
