The 2 man installation went very well from removal of old equipment to installation of new unit. Upon completion they tested the system, cleaned up work areas and answered all questions.

I have used them for the last couple years. They are honest, reliable and can't imagine anybody better. They are excellent. They are friendly, courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. They have saved us a lot of money on our rental properties.

The installation went very smoothly. The workers were very professional and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Our old condenser unit actually went bad a few days before they were scheduled to replace our unit. ParkerAire came out that day and put in a used unit for labor cost only so we had working A/C for the next few days. The unit they installed has kept our home cooler than any unit that has previously been installed. We are very satisfied and I would definitely recommend ParkerAire to anyone who is in needed of A/C repair or replacement.

No matter when I call this wonderful family owned company they NEVER let me down. I have a home watch business and my clients are often not here when AC problems arise. They ALWAYS help me the same day whenever possible to fix the problems reasonably. I never worry that I am getting something done that is not warranted as I have with others in the past. I use them for my own home as well as my clients to whom I HIGHLY recommend them. They have even come to my rescue when the problem did not require a fix and I was not charged... that's the difference that makes their service special and trustworthy. There are a lot of AC companies in the area to choose from and I have to deal with them from time to time in my business, however, when I have a choice in the matter I always choose ParkerAire.

I went great! Joseph has been so helpful in helping us decide the most efficient way to keep our home cool. We bought our home last summer and Joseph came out to do a tune up on our 16 year old air conditioner. He was very open and honest with us about the quality of our older ac. We really liked the fact that he did not immediately tell us that we needed to get a new ac. He was very mindful of the fact that we had just bought our first home and that we had a lot of work to do and that we had a lot of financial decisions to make. He encouraged us to stay with our current ac unit as long as it was keeping our home cool but he warned us of the high FPL bills because it wasn't working efficiently because of the age of the unit. Our old ac got us through the year but we noticed that it was constantly running and that it wasn't keeping our home cool anymore. Joseph came out again to evaluate the ac and we decided that it was time for a new one. The guys that installed the new ac were prompt, professional and installed it very quickly. We are very happy with our decision to go with PakerAire. We highly recommend them. We believe that they are honest, hardworking and trustworthy.

Very professional gentleman who arrived and immediately went about their business. Introduced themselves and one worked inside, one outside and were very neat and clean. The job lasted a few hours and everything that was moved was put back in place and the work area was clean and neat. There was a follow up visit from one of the principles to explain more about the new system and to verify that correct settings were in place. I have been using this Company for over three years since I purchased the condo and all workmen exhibit the same friendliness and professionalism. I have recommended them to a number of friends who have been equally satisfied.

I am an absentee owner of a rental property in Florida and received an email from the property mgr that the air conditioning was not cooling. There are several possible causes for this problem so I called ParkerAire and requested an evaluation. They responded immediately and found a leak in the line. They then outlined the several options, repairing the leak and the cost of a new system. In order to please my tenants, I decided to upgrade the aging system to prevent future service calls and solve a cooling problem and protect my investment. They installed the new unit within 3 days and kept me in the loop the whole time. When I visited the property later this summer, the system was perfect, and better than expected. The transaction was flawless and from 1500 miles away, the service was priceless.
