+ -1 moreThey are not like really good but they are good. For pricing, they are good but not great. For quality, they are very good. They are very responsive. They are very punctual. They are very professional.
Description of Work: For new furniture, if I find something and I know that they sell it, I go to Norris furniture & interiors because there is somebody there that I kind of like.

+ -1 moreThe delivery and customer service were not very good. We were delivered with three pieces which were damaged so we took those back. The prices are exceptionally high. I didn't think that the value was there. They have nice furniture. Evidently, they didn't check the furniture before it was delivered. We ended up sending back a rug and a chair which was obvious that it was damaged. It should have been noticed. They've been in business for a long time so people buy from them. My experience wasn't altogether a pleasant one.
Description of Work: We bought a lamp and a table from Norris Furniture & Interiors.
