Kyle D. was the plumber that came to fix our issue with or 21 year old tub faucet. He was very professional and was able to find the required cartridge and complete our job quickly and with no mess at all. Very professional. I would use them again in the future if needed.

This company is definitely a PEOPLE pleaser....needed questions answered and above and beyond service to answer and professional. I refer them to my friends without hesitation I do not know how to rate the VALUE for money, I only know I will continue to use them in the future...as professionalism is worth cost.....however the charge.

Tony is the consummate pro. He understood potential issues from the beginning and took steps to be sure nothing had been overlooked. He documented what he did and warranted his own work. He was respectful of my home and my temporarily disabled husbandâ  s needs. Btw Nextâ  s rep Rose called me within seconds of my listing on Angi. This was on a holiday weekend. Every person I have encountered in this company is consistently customer focused. I am glad I found Next.

Several small jobs needed to be done. Mike worked diligently to explain the causes and options to address the issues. Repairs were done efficiently with no needless mess. Excellent communication - that always is important to me. Repairs were not inexpensive, but I believe they were well worth it. Great turn around time after contacting Angie too.

Matt came to look up the water heater and suggested what was required to repair and or replace the water circulator pump. We are still deciding which course to take as the pump replacement is very expensive.

The plumber was extremely courteous and professional. He looked at what we had and gave me a price before he started working. He installed a touch sensitive faucet with an Alexa compatible voice module. I would not hesitate to hire Next Plumbing again.

The plumber who came out was very capable and thorough. He was friendly and professional. He explained the job and the various options for repair. I should also mention that he came out on a Sunday. He went above and beyond the stated repairs to complete the job satisfactorily. My only complaint was their prices were very high for replacing a garbage disposal. Because we had an emergency situation, we didn’t feel we the option to shop around. However, I am very happy with the quality of work.

We needed a water heater replacement and Chris T., provided a detailed explanation of the new system, water heater manufacturer, installation process, and newly installed equipment. The level of detailed explanation on the invoice coupled with the home inspection paperwork is often not seen with home service companies. Will certainly hire again for plumbing services.

Art was personable, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Assessed the problem, determined the parts we needed, and gave us an estimate of cost and date parts should arrive. The parts came just as he said, and after completing our job, he went through the condo and gave us a thorough check up. Rating Next Plumbing as fantastic.

I needed my water heater flushed and Kitchen sink/faucet installed. On a scale of 1-5 I would give a 6. I was pleased with Anthony Y's professionalism in representing Next Plumbing & offering the incentive to include lesser job if I contracted for the other, but also the exceptional service in workmanship during installation. making sure . great care was taken in workmanship. He even went to the local hardware store for a necessary item rather than having that NO can do mindset. The cost was a bit higher than a big box store but worth so much more with better than expected service, which I rarely find. Supporting our local businesses is a small way to support our community. Even better, Tony explained how Next Plumbing Management has demonstrated that they truly care for their employees. How refreshing! This is a company that easily has earned all of my future business.
