Did an excellent job but I guess I was not prepared for the high cost of a plumber over $600 to clear the clogged drain. The good thing is that they came within 2 hours

Cory Reimer, the young man who came to our home, arrived in a timely manner, was very polite and very knowledgable. He was extremely neat AND very patient. The patient part is important because my husband, who has some health problems, loves to talk and reminisce. Cory also gave us a quote for the job before doing the needed work. Very nice young man who is a credit to the company he works for.

Cory Reimer was quick and just as importantly explained what he was doing. We were so impressed we had him install a garbadge disposer.

I hired them to install a laundry room sink. The sink and cabinet where already installed and the supply pipes and waste pipe where already in the wall and capped. I shut the water off and drained the water lines. I bought all of the materials, which he used. He started working around 9AM and was finished by 10AM. He charged me $228 for the 1 hour project. I felt that was very high for the job. No complaints about the quality of the work. I know I could have said it was too high and sent him away, but I wanted the job completed. We had Robert Y.

Robert was here at the beginning of the two hour allotment time. Of three plumbing companies I contacted, he was the only one to suggest we pull the stem from the hot water faucet in the tub to see if it was just clogged. The other companies wanted to tear out the sheet rock to install a new faucet. Saved me hundreds of dollars! Because of that, I didn't wait to replace my aged hot water tank. I liked his way of approaching a problem. I am one happy homeowner with hot water throughout the house!

He completed the replacement of the toilet fixtures, cleaned up afterward, and in a very timely manner. I was offered the "customer Protection Plan". The Plumber complained about breaking is pulling tool while extracting the tub faucet core, like it was my fault. He installed a new kitchen sink faucet and supply valves. He didn't put the handles back on the hot and cold water supply valves. I called his office. He returned and put the handles on, but never said he was sorry or anything! Quite rude, really.
