He was very professional and honest. He was great and very thorough. He cleaned up from start to finish. He assessed the problem quickly and made a good recommendation. He addressed our issue of why we called and he did some additional work and cannot be more happier with the service.

They handled my emergency situation immediately and offered a suggestion on who to hire for a "dry out" from the leak.

Cory was very professional and did an excellent job with the installation of a Bradford/White 50 gal electric water heater. He was on time and used the best materials for the job. Suggest you do not ask the company to do additional work on the same job, as their uplift charges are extremely high, e.g., $150 plus per hour for a simple $75/hour job to install a faucet. Also the "Company" office personnel do not understand their equipment nor their on-line coupon discount and said it would apply, and then was later told it did not. Prices are high, so get 2-3 quotes. Not the fault of Cory as a master plumber--a management issue.
