They set an appointment for one day and no one showed up. I called them back and they said they didn't have me for an appointment. Made one for the next day and the guy came and did the job. Great service. Need to get their office help on the stick.

It indicated a free estimate but then charged $168 for diagnosis. No part of this charge will be applied to any possible repairs. They also tried to sell additional equipment and services that were not part of the reason for the call for service. Since they diagnosed the problem as a both a leaking toilet and a pool related issue I contacted my pool company who clearly indicated that had it been pool-related my pool would be green from the large amount of fresh water. As I needed the problem solved I went ahead and authorized the diagnostic work only to eventually regretting the call for service.

They told you what the minimum cost and the maximum cost would be before they start also they gave you a flat rate doesn't matter how much hours it would take

I called Next Plumbing after an exasperating experience with TWO other Plumbers in Ft. Myers. One company made my stomach turn and the other I am still waiting for an estimate three weeks after I contacted them. So when I called Next Plumbing, I was already the customer from hell because of my previous experience. From the minute Michelle answered the phone, she was courteous, accommodating and genuinely seemed to want to help me. Michelle scheduled Junior to come look at my project and give me an estimate. My appointment was tacked on to the end of Junior's very long day but he arrived within the window that was given, was pleasant, honest, and worked up an estimate. I accepted the estimate on the spot because of the experience I had already had with everyone at Next Plumbing. Michelle called me after hours to see whether the work could be done the very next day. I was ecstatic! Junior and Eli arrived and began working on everything we discussed. We ran into some problems but they were quickly resolved. Unfortunately, the tub that we were installing was cracked so my one day job turned into a two day job, but Junior completed the work today and I couldn't be happier! I did end up spending more than the original estimate, but spending the additional money was the correct option after all options were discussed. Never once did I feel pressured to spend the additional money. It was completely and totally my decision. I can't say enough good things about EVERYONE I have come into contact with at Next Plumbing. I will DEFINITELY be using them in the future for any plumbing needs I have.
