I can not tell you how pleased I am with the work that Maher did for us. Our countertops look brand new. We had old formica that was aged, scratched and discolored. We were able to get an estimate through picture exchange, making my life so much easier then waiting for someone to come out. He was able to accommodate my schedule which can be difficult . He was prompt and so extremely pleasant. He was very neat with his equipment and respectable of our home. I am so very happy with the results . I can not recommend him enough.

I highly recommend New Look Restorations. I engaged them to refurbish a spare shower and it made a huge difference in the look of the bathroom. They responded right away and came out and did the work very soon after.

Maher was very personable (never felt uncomfortable with a stranger in the house for 4 days) and professional. He went to great pains to provide for ventilation during the process and always left the area clean and tidy. He was here from Monday through Thursday which was his projected timeframe. Our tubs, shower and tile look gorgeous..better than brand new. I wish he worked in Tampa also so he could do our other house.

Although I had doubts about refinishing my bath tub, my research online lead me to contact New Look Restorations, Inc. Maher Batayeh (owner/operator) immediately responded to my request & sent me a quote based on pictures sent to him. The price was acceptable & I scheduled an appt. Maher showed up on time, took me through the process & helped me gain confidence in his product & results. Maher was competent, professional & very "homeowner" friendly…if I wasn't happy he wasn't happy. The result was spectacular, the tub looks like a well finished cast iron tub with a beautiful rich appearance…so much for my doubts!!! P.S. My wife was trilled with the tub

Better than I ever expected. Both my kitchen sink and tub are much better than new. Maher is the most professional service provider I've ever worked with. I would highly recommend him for any work needed.

Everything went very well. Maher is detailed oriented and only wants the best results. He arrived on time and worked hard protecting my fixtures from dust and particles. He uses a vacuum on his sander to keep the dust down and fans directed into the room he is working. Maher is honest, hard-working, and professional. If you want to improve the look of you baths without spending too much consider this epoxy/polymer process.

He explained how he would correct the problem, and he did a very professional job. He is an excellent craftsman. I was very satisfied with his work.

Everything went great. We had a pretty bad rust spot on the bathtub. Maher removed the rust and filled in and sanded the area. He also explained each step of the process. When everything was done the bath tub looked better than when it was new. Very pleased with his work and attention to detail. He also made sure everything was cleaned up when he was finished. The owner did the work himself and our tub and tile walls around tub look better than they did brand new! Maher did a great job!

On the first visit he explained the process very well and gave us a time frame when he could do the work. He had samples of the product so we could see what it would look like and choose the color. He called to arrange to do the work when he had told us he would and showed up promptly on the first day. He protected other surfaces completely. It was a very professional job done quickly and efficiently. The result is beautiful. We are very pleased with everything.

UNBLIEVABLE!! Our tub and shower were in horrible condition. The porcelain tub had numerous chipped surfaces and the tile wall and tub grout were loaded with mildew, and the drain was old and loaded with hair. Maher provides an amazing service. The cost to replace or remove the porcelain tub would have been prohibitive, not to mention redoing the tile and drain. My wife and I would never have believed that the shower, tub, tile, and drain would ever look good again. We are selling the house and wanted it to look presentable. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE NEW! Maher worked all day and left the bathroom in perfect condition. He is a careful craftsman, and a really likeable fellow. We would recommend him to anyone considering a tub or shower replacement. The cost is way below any tub liner or re-bath solution and the look is like brand new. Thank you Maher!!!

WOW!!! I have to admit when I first started this process I was a little concerned as to how the process would go and what the final outcome would look like. I wish there was a grade that was better than "A" because if I could that is what I would give this company. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic and the owner Maher Batayeh, is a total professional who is also a perfectionist when it comes to the quality of his work. If you send him an email your get an answer, if you leave him a message he calls you back, he shows up when he says he going to be there and doesn't leave until the job is perfect. He's very particular about making sure that every bit of your home is protected before starting work and totally cleaning up when completed. I could not be happier with the end result and I feel they actually looks better than the original marble tops when they were brand new.

This company is as top notch as it gets. Truly an A+ company. Maher is the owner of the company and is truly a gem. This is the second time we have used him (on different houses) to refinish bathtubs and the work is perfection! We love him and will use him again and again. He really takes his time to prepare the tub, which makes all the difference. The finish is beautiful. He is also a joy to deal with. He is honest, sincere, trustworthy and professional.
