+ -1 moreThe two technicians came early in the morning, disassembled the old rusty system and installed the new system all by mid-afternoon. A new internet capable thermostat was installed as well. The job was done efficiently, neatly and professionally. The two technicians were both courteous and professional. Mr Nemeth came by after to inspect the job which was done perfectly.
Description of Work: I needed to replace my air conditioning system. Nemeth Air Conditioning Inc. replaced my 5 ton Trane 19 SEER with an 20 SEER top of the line Trane system. In addition to the system itself, I purchased a Clean Effects air cleaner, a UV light, an ozone system and a Zinc Cooper Protection. As a waranty, I added a 10 year labor warranty. The 10 year parts warranty comes with the unit.

Description of Work: ABRUPT FAILURE OF THE A/C WHEN THE WEATHER WAS UNUSUALLY HOT AND ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND NECESSITATED THE VISIT. SINCE THEY HAD PUT OUR UNIT IN WE CALLED THEM. WE DID NOT HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT SO WE WERE CHARGED $283.00 FOR A CAPACITOR TO BE REPLACED.....A 15 MINUTE VISIT. THEY MAY BE COMPETENT BUT THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE.

+ -1 moreThe humidistat was faulty. We came back to a house full of mold. It cost us $17,000 to get this fixed. We think when they installed the air conditioner they ripped some of the insulation which caused mold to reach into our closet - but we can't absolutely prove that. Would not recommend.
