Called NCR West for bid on roof insulation. Josh arrived ( all be it late), and submitted bid, which I accepted on the spot. He said he was a couple weeks out, but would stay in touch. I called and LM at 3 weeks out, and no phone call was returned, I called 12/3, and Josh wouldn't take my call. I told receptionist that this was ridiculous. If they can't call me back by end of week, I will just cxl and go somewhere else. They never called. Stay away!

They did a good job. They were the best priced. The product was good but I felt like I had to stay on top of them.

Since we were in Naples, we were referred to Josh, the sales rep for Naples. Josh was contacted and did come out for an 'initial' look, at the model home, and did write an estimate. Final measurements were to be made at our new home as soon as construction was completed and the purchase closed, in about 3 weeks. The estimate did NOT include the shelving, as asked. When I reviewed the estimate, Josh's drawing of the mirror wall was not correct. It left out sizes of edges and bottom for the mirrored wall and did not include estimates for the shelving. My wife emailed Josh and received no response. I telephoned West Coast Insulation and when the person answering the telephone became aware that we were in Naples, she immediately referred me back to Josh, who had a different telephone number. I telephoned Josh and, since there was no live person to answer, I left a message on his voicemail. Not hearing back from Josh for two days, I telephoned Josh again and, since there was still no live person to answer, I left another message on his voicemail. Both messages indicated his drawing of the wall was not correct and his estimate did not include the shelving. Josh NEVER returned my telephone calls. I would not recommend this company. I did retain another company.

I setup up an appointment with their representative Josh to get a quote for adding insulation to my attic. Josh did not show up for his appointment. After 3-4 phone calls, I was able to establish communication with Josh, and setup up an appointment for the following week. Guess what? He didn't show up for that one either. He also won't answer his phone. I called the office to ask them to have him contact me. Guess what? No answer there. I understand they may have more important jobs, or be busy, but don't accept an assignment and then just no show! Tell me you can't get here for a month, or you may not be able to do my job for six weeks, but don't just no show people. Total lack of professionalism!!!!!

He did not show that day and I called the office and they gave me his cell which I called and heard his voice in voice mail and left a message asking him to call me back to reschedule and did not hear anything from him. obviously won't use this company!

A telephone call, agreed price and prompt service. This was done quickly and professionally. My thanks to Bill Ritter in sales and David Harvey who with an assistant (I'm sorry, I didn't get his name) did a great job of installation. These are attributes I've grown to expect from Angie's List referrals.

They were on time or early for each appointment. WCI was very accommodating to my schedule to have the work performed. Very professional from start to finish. Can already notice temperature consistency through out the house.

The home was built in 2005 but I am a big advocate in over insulation. The home originally had R-30 blown in but it had settled quite a bit thus reducing its effectiveness. I added another 6 inches. I got 3 quotes. These guys were very professional. They called the day before to tell me when they would be there and then showed up on time. The job took about an hour and they cleaned up before they left.

Their sales guy came out and inspected the the home in advance and explained the options and pricing. The installers got the job done a few days later. They could have been a little more professional and I would have appreciated it if they explained exactly what they were doing. But, at the end of the day, they got the job done correctly and quickly. The final judge of the quality of the work will be my electric bill this summer. Hopefully it'll be noticeably lower.

I knew that I was going to need more insulation in my attic.The house was built in the 50's and some insulation had been added. I contacted several companies to do an estimate, then I called West Coast Insulation (239-334-2338). The person that contacted me, asked me if I had FPL do an energy audit- which I hadn't. I found out that FPL gave an instant credit to participating installers. That was the best info! I had FPL come out a few days later. The person took care of everything, and a few days later I had the proper amount of insulation in my attic.
