 + -1 moreCalled on a Monday to set up a cleaning the next week, gave possible dates. Owner stated she needed to look at her schedule and would call me back that afternoon or Tuesday morning at the latest. Didn't call me back until Thursday. I told her that I gave her the wrong available dates and offered some other days in the same week. Again she stated that she would have to check her schedule and get back to me. She never called back.

Description of Work: They were supposed to do a "deep" cleaning. They were here about 3 hours (2 workers). Surfaces in guest bedroom untouched. Corners were left dirty. They came back with an attitude and did little to remedy this. Management was not responsive.

 + -1 moreJacki and Sam arrived on time. They asked all the right questions, then went right to work. They were efficient and worked very hard to clean every surface in our home including fans, furniture, cabinets, inside windows, and floors. Doug Heffner, owner, and his partner came to our home to review the job which we found to be very helpful. We will definitely use Molly Maids again and the cookies were great also.

I started using this service several months ago when I had tendinitis in my right hand and arm. That is since healed but I wouldn't give up using them. My house looks good and smells good when they leave... every time.

Description of Work: Cleaned my home completely once a month bathrooms and floors weekly. |very poor, the first few months we ok and then they would not do a thorough job. Didn't get the baseboards, missed light switches, streaked mirrors or doors. |didn't dust on top of fridge, or outside of cabinets. |When I complained they gave me a credit and supervisor came out next time. Still not satisfactory. My husband showed up towards the end and the supervisor made the cleaner redo the air conditioning return. When I came in the same piece of molding that had been missed numerous times was still dirty. And the piece of molding was out in the open not hidden behind a couch, which they never moved. |

Description of Work: Molly Maids returned my call immediately and was very professional & friendly. They were punctual coming out to give me an estimate of our rental property in Fort Myers. I will use them once the "Season" begins for all my cleaning between guests.

Description of Work: I would not trust them, the owner lied to me about them working on Saturday. I spoke to Jeff, the owner, at length. I own rental properties on the beach and needed a cleaning service. He assured me that he always answered his phone EVEN on the weekends, as my guest arrive and deplart on Saturday.I asked him if he would be available if there were a problem, again even on Saturday and he kept saying yes. Well, I scheduled them for Friday, they came but could not open the door??(the renters and I had no problem with the keyless entry), and they said they tried to call me. I was in my car driving to Florida from Indiana. I went to check on the house Saturday morning, and saw the note that they could not come in and thus did not clean. I called their number and a lady took a message. I called back a couple of times, but no return call. Finally, on Monday a lady who said she was the office manager called me back and said they didn't work on Saturday. I was so MAD. I do not like being lied to, if I would not have been here to see it was not cleaned, my renters would have been so upset. This is an AWFUL COMPANY. I would NEVER trust them.

They did everything I asked - I had been informed up front that I would need to empty the fridge and any cabinets if I wanted their interiors wiped down. No problem. They did the rest. They worked hard without even taking breaks, and I felt fantastic about the results.
Description of Work: Entire home cleaned - three bedrooms, two bathrooms, office, living areas, kitchen. Dust, vac, mop, wipe out cabinets, inside refrigerator, you name it!

Description of Work: The team of three arrived a bit late because they had trouble with the directions, but they agreed to complete the work even though it was late in the day.All three ladies worked very h****** each of the requested cleaning tasks which included inside window cleaning, cleaning ceiling fans, floors(both tiles and carpet), dusting furniture and in high places. The team worked 2 1/2 hrs. and completed the entire job that afternoon. I was invited to inspect each room after they had cleaned the room. I am very pleased with Molly Maids work, and I would hire them again, when I need assistance with big cleaning jobs. This service was very important to me, since I planned to put my villa on the market for sale shortly afterward and wanted it to look clean and presentable. The good news is that the villa was sold in a few days after that, and I am sure that part of the positive feedback on the house is because of the very thorough job the cleaning ladies did. Thank you Molly Maids for your assistance in preparing the villa for sale.

 + -1 moreThis is my first experience with a housecleaning service, and I must say it was a positive one. I keep a fairly neat and clean home, but two women showed up and found dirt in places I didn't even know about. They were very thorough, cleaning everywhere one might expect (floors, bathrooms, etc), but also cleaning under the couch, the blinds, the windows, baseboards, even up the walls. The water filter on my kitchen faucet started leaking after they left (possibly due to a little overcleaning), but that is a minor thing and it will definitely not keep me from using them again. I might just start supplementing my normal housecleaning with a periodic deep cleaning from this service. Great job!
