It turned out that Dan was nearby finishing another job and could come over and do the work in our house about 30 min. later. He arrived as scheduled and did the 2 jobs in about 90 minutes. He was professional, helpful and efficient.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet. Had scheduled them to come day after faucet was to arrive. They told me to call when faucet arrived and they would come by that afternoon if possible. When I called they came out within 3 hours. Will definitely use again.

 + 0 moreThe price was very fair. They showed up as promised and did excellent work. I paid exactly the estimated $650 for the Hot water heater & installation. They were knowledgeable and friendly. What more could I say except that I would highly recommend them. The additional charge was my fault since I failed to inform them that I wanted a new drip pan so they had to take extra time to go and get one.
Description of Work: Provided and installed new hot water heater and drip pan. Added access "T" to Air Conditioner condensation drain.

 + -1 moreHad a backup and found them online. Called them and they were very punctual. They came out and snaked the line and identified there was a break in the pipe. I paid an additional $120 to locate the break in the pipe. They quoted me $400 to come out and dig the yard and fix the pipe. I decided to not go that route and dig up the yard myself since that was the cheaper route but I am guessing what they quoted is the going price for a fix like that. I didn't dig up the yard until a couple of months later and when I did I couldn't find the pipe. I called them back and Matt was nice and courteous, he came back out at no extra charge to locate the break in the pipe again. All in all I had a very pleasant experience with them and would recommend them.

Description of Work: We were having flushing issues and losing tank water that made a running sound all the time on both our guest and master toilets. Matt installed a new Kohler toilet in the guest bath and replaced a worn out part in the master bath. He arrived just as he had said, assessed the problem, left to get all the parts and was back in a short time. Finished the hole job in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend Moen Brothers for all your plumbing problems

Description of Work: On a Saturday night, a pipe inside my wall broke and caused a massive flood inside my home. Matt came out within an hour, found the problem, and fixed it without any complaint about it being a Saturday night. A few others I contacted said they don't work on Saturdays, so Moen was a blessing to have out here. Considering that this was an emergency on a Saturday night, the price was really reasonable. He also cut the wall so that we could easily repair it ourselves and then cleaned up afterward. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing service.
